workman-like manner. I was very pleased with the work and would use the business again.

I walked up to the counter and the young gentleman looked at the lamp switch - replaced the housing, we put in a new bulb = perfect and I didn't have to wait. Took maybe 15 mins and I was really impressed. The store is large itself, very convenient to get to located in a very large shopping center with ample parking and with many of the stores, shops I go to or interested in. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Halogen lamp would not work. Purchased lamp at The Lamp Factory four years ago and still was not charged for the repair even though I did not have receipt.

I brought in a 30-year-old brass banker's lamp that had stopped working. The fellow behind the counter -- sorry, I didn't get his name -- fixed it on the spot. The metal contacts in the sockets had gotten mashed down so that the circuits weren't complete. He levered up one with his ball-point pen; for the other, he needed his screwdriver. He only charged me for the two tube bulbs I purchased. I think that was awfully nice. Don't you?

I brought in a lamp that needed a new switch on a busy Saturday. I called first and was told that they could do while-you-wait repair if the store wasn't too busy. I got lucky - they repaired the lamp while I grabbed some lunch nearby and it was ready when I got back to the store. The person helping me was friendly and professional and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

We brought the lamp in on a Sunday and after a *very* short wait were helped by Chris. He quickly figured out a way to repair the lamp and took care of a few other age-related issues such as a burned cord. We watched the whole thing so that if we ever have the same problem with the matching lamp, we know how to fix it on our own. He gave us a new light bulb and doohickey that affixes to the very top of the lamp. The total charge was $1.90. . He didn't charge us for his labor. It was very considerate.

We noticed that they had a great selection of lamps, better than we'd seen elsewhere. We have some other rennovations coming up in the future and we're pleased to know we have a place to go for our lighting needs!

Every time I have taken something there, they have been great. I would highly reccomend them.

My recent experience in buying a ceiling fan was outstanding. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. He clearly explained various options. They did not have one part of what I selected. He ordered that piece and they called when it came in. Several weeks later when the fan was installed, I realized that another piece was missing. They readily resolved the problem even though I no longer had the receipt. While for my previous purchases, I didn't have any problems to resolve, the staff was always helpful and pleasant.
