Junk Aide Junk Removal

I needed to have an old sofa hauled away. Junk Aide came the next morning, during the promised time window, and took it away. The entire process was very quick and easy, and the price was very reasonable ($95).

Large project two bedroom apartment that was full of, junk, old furniture, carpets, beds, that were trash. I also had a significant number of books, clothing, and dishes for donation. I called a charity and they would only take 15 bags of clothing, per appointment, on their pick-up. I needed to clear everything out quickly, and affordably. Unlike all of their competition!!! I was able to schedule a pick-up with Junk Aide for the next day, at a set time. Their pricing structure is straight forward, no hidden charges, and posted on their website. They will also route items for donation. Exactly on time Jeff and Kyle arrived, gave me an assessment of how much they could fit in one full load (their pricing is based on how much of the truck you fill). We would probably go over one full truckload, but not by much. They offered to come back and do another load the same day if I still had things left over. They did a fantastic, efficient, clean, careful removal of everything, and we were amazed at how much they fit into the initial load. Their service was so good we elected to have them come back for the little we had left, but to also take all the remaining donation items as well. Jeff and Kyle did such a good job, and left us completely cleaned out in a matter of hours. They saved us a tremendous amount of work and time. It would have required waiting for the charity on two more days (sometime between 8 & 5) for the items to go to good use. I unconditionally recommend Junk Aide should you ever need trash or donation removal.

The crew showed up right on time, gave a reasonable estimate for removal of several items, and carted the items away lickety split. Friendly and professional. I will definitely call Junk Aide again when I need additional material removed. Great job!

Snow was expected, and the crew actually came 3 hours early. Outstanding service, responsiveness, and quick work. We would use them again with no question!

Ray and Jeff were prompt, professional and so careful moving the huge, heavy entertainment center. So glad we called them and didn't try to do it ourselves. We would have wrecked our floor and kitchen and who knows what else. I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again.

Geoff and Ray were flexible about availability, which helped a lot while I waited for several different jobs to finish. They arrived on time, prepared, and were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They loaded a full truck of various kinds of bathroom remodeling debris from a loose pile in the back yard, including a heavy crate of stuff. Full marks. Definitely would use again if a need arose.

I called Junk Aid at the last minute to haul away a sofa because I was having a new one delivered the next day.  They were very responsive on the phone, arrived on time, and were very polite.  I was a bit worried about getting the sofa out without damaging the walls, but Junk Aid was much more careful and knowledgable than any mover that I've ever had.  The price was reasonable--lower than other estimates that I received.  I will definitely call them if I need any other hauling and will recommend them to anyone who asks.  It's a pleasure to work with a company that is to perfect in every way.

Excellent. Both of the guys who came out were punctual, friendly, and did a quick job in removing the junk. I received a $15 online discount, which lowered the $85 fee (average for junk in our area) to $70.

These guys are terrific! They fit me in to their schedule right away (because I'm going in for surgery tomorrow) and I had to get the TV set out of my bedroom. They showed up on time, just as promised, and called ahead of time. They were both very courteous and very professional. I will defnitely use these guys again soon. I give them the highest marks and recommend them unreservedly.

The two guys showed up on time, were very professional and removed everything with no hassle. They do not take checks which I did not know, but overall was satisfied with service.

These guys were amazing. I had some heavy stuff that needed to be hauled away and they picked it up like it was nothing. I was very happy with there service. Very efficient and professional junk removal. Unlike some other companies I have used in the past. I will using Junk Aide LLC for all my hauling and junk removal needs from now on. Junk Aide was great. They were quick, nice and made sure they were able to get everything I wanted on the truck. They did a great job fitting it all in so that I could get rid of everything I needed to get rid of. I sent them up and down and back and forth through the house but they had no complaints.

I booked online it was really easy. They gave me a call before they came out. I told them what needed to be done and they did the job very efficiently. Plus they actually gave me the $15 off for booking online. I will be using them again for sure.

I called to make an appointment and they were able to schedule me an hour from my call! They were at another site so, I thought they'd be late. They showed up to my home at the EXACT time they were scheduled. They were polite, asked questions about what stayed and went, they swept my space after they were done. They were fast and courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience. There was a issue with my payment and as soon as they recognized it, they called to let me know what was going on, apologized and the added charge was removed that day! Major stores make you wait 3 business days before you are refunded but Junk Aide took less than 3 hours! Great company, I'll definitely use them again in the future!

We had a positive experience with the Junk Aide. They were quick to respond to our initial call and sent someone out right away to provide us with an estimate. The person that came to do the estimate was on time and very professional. The estimate they provided us was very reasonable. We had received a few other estimates and Junk Aide was the best price. They also did a great job moving the stuff out of our home. They were very respectful of the stuff in our house while moving stuff out. They also made sure to clean up after they moved everything out. We will definitely use Junk Aide again!!!

They parked in the driveway and proceeded to get an overall view of the junk to be moved. They put booties over their shoes and started moving the contents. Heavy objects were wrapped and moved with care. After the basement, they moved to the garage and quickly removed all unwanted items from it. When complete, we received a bill noting the cost of the load and I was satisfied they had done a great job.
