I thought that my truck needed an oil change because the previous Jiffy Lube in MD that I used never gave me one of those stickers that goes on the inside of your windshield. I was out of the country for a few months with the military and I lost track of which one of our vehicles had been serviced and which ones still needed an oil change. I decided to stop at Jiffy Lube since they are fast even if they are way more money that most other places for an oil change, I needed a quick service since I had a million errands to catch up with since returning home. I drive in and the guy punches in my license plate and says and quot;you just had this serviced, are you sure you want to get another oil change?and quot; He even showed me how clean my oil was on the dipstick. He saved my 70 bucks or so with his honesty. I had totally forgotten getting my oil changed back in the spring and was ready to shell out the extra money to cross that item of my honey do list. I appreciate their honesty, something I don't see too much of from the auto industry.

I really like the people at this Jiffy Lube location. Took both of our cars there on two different days and had a great experience each time. They took my coupon without questions, did not advise a list of things that should be done (which has happened at a lot of other locations), and were friendly and great to work with. Will definitely return!

I like this particular Jiffy Lube because they don't pressure you into anything extra. They let you know what other services may be needed according to their computer, and if you decide not to have the service performed you aren't pressured into it. Many times as a female you are made to feel pressured as if you don't know what is needed. These guys have never done that to me!

The rep that welcomed me gave me a price and time for completion estimate, $240.00 and 40 minutes. After one hour I asked how much longer the service would take and was told by the manager it would be another 10 minutes, that they were busier than they had planned. 30 minutes later I asked to speak to the manager again who asked me if I would like them to hurry, implying the work would not be done as well. Finally after 2 hours and 10 minutes they finished my car. The manager made a big deal over giving me a 10% discount. Come to find out I was due a 10% discount on the service anyways for the special they were offering. I'll never use this Jiffy Lube again.

Work was performed as expected. 3 weeks later, there are no problems.

I go there for oil changes, they are always quick and efficient, even when they are very busy.
