+ -1 moreSince installation, we have had a valance over our blinds, that doesn't cover our window border, and have made multiple attempts to get this resolved. Today was the last straw when we were scheduled to have someone out and no one showed or called. I have also tried contacting the store manager with no resolution. We have never had a worst experience with a retailer.
Description of Work: We ordered Baly wooden Venetian blinds from them on August 8th, paid for them to be measured, and installed.
