My husband and I have been using this excellently run company for a number of years. Steve and Carlos are very attentive to your needs and very hands on. The staff is excellent. They have always been honest, professional, trustworthy and pleasant. My husband and I are extremely happy with this service and we highly recommend this company without hesitation.

I own a Home remodeling firm and have been using Homemaid cleaning for the last 5 years or so. They come in to our projects after remodeling our customers properties, Kitchens, baths, and additions. Mr. Gibson and his firm come in clean all the cabinets, floor coverings, appliances,windows and all furniture. You can imagine how much construction dust is created in construction, and his girls do an unbelievable job restoring there property to its original condition. (most customers have told me there homes have never been that clean). Hardwood flooring is one of the hardest to remove construction debris but they always come out looking brand new. I also use there services on my own home. We never have to worry about his girls in our home whether were home or not, we are totally comfortable leaving his people in our home. Thanks again Steve

Steve (the owner) and his cleaning crews are fantastic. They did a great job on their initial cleaning and then keeping it up... I have no complaints about their service and professionalism. Steve is very courteous and professional and the most helpful man ever. I find all the ladies to be polite, courteous and extremely honest. We started out monthly and thankfully have had the pleasure of having their fabulous services bi-weekly for over one year now, and I have never been disappointed. I am very particular about cleaning and they surpass all of my expectations. My house is spotless every time. They bring all of their own supplies and leave no traces except for a spotless home and a fresh scent. You will never regret contacting Steve and having these ladies clean your house. I can't recommend them enough. They're all extremely professional, respectful, super quick and timely. They are thorough, accommodating, efficient, speedy, friendly, and responsive. They leave everything literally sparkling! They're truly a gift from God. I don't know what I would do without them. Or what my house would do without them!!!! ;) Scary thought!! Yikes!! They are incredible. My husband's friend had dropped something that fell in our couch cushion. So, they obviously clean in places I never even did when I was able to!! It wasn't something I would ever allow in my home if I was aware of it. The ladies just sat it on the coffee table and went on their way, minding their own business - never judged or even said a word. I was mortified and even called the owner Steve to advise it wasn't ours, nor did we ever know about it. The ladies never even mentioned it to him. That's someone you can definitely trust to be in your home! The owner just giggled when I told him. .he had no idea it even happened and definitely didn't judge either. Like I said, these are the PERFECT people that you want in your home! They're simply amazing on SO many levels! I don't see how anyone could not LOVE this company. They value their employees, their customers and the work that they do. The owners have such big hearts!! I'm so blessed to have found this company and they're a part of my life. My house looks beautiful when their team leaves and they're always so sweet, respectful and do an amazing job. I'm chatty (hence this long review, haha) and they never cut me short. They're always attentive and very sweet. :p

I get a call from the office the day before service to verify time, and the crew shows up on time the next day. They have a key so I don't need to be there. They know what to do, and they do it very efficiently.

I first contacted this company because of favorable reviews on Anigie's list and I must say, the reviews were correct. My contact person is Steve who always calls me to verify times of cleaning. He is very courteous and very flexible. On several occasions I had need of "emergency" cleanings and he set it up for me. On one of those occasions, I called him three times within half an hour with changes and he did it without making me feel like I was high maintenance. Pay rate is never a surprise and the amount is agreed to in advance. I have never had an issue with that. The ladies are super nice and do a great job. As soon as they walk in, they start cleaning. I highly recommend this company!

Setting up the appointment was easy. I talked with Steve, who very nice, and was able to give me an estimate on the phone. He did agree to apply a $15 Angies List coupon. The clearing team arrived on time. The team consisted of three cleaners, who were very nice. They stayed busy throughout the three hours they were there. They did a good job - not perfect, but very clean. I was able to follow up with Steve, and he understood a couple very minor issues, and made suggestions. This is a great company with a terific owner who is very concerned about customer service. We are moving out of the area, but I would use them again if we were staying.

The first time they came they spent a long time getting familiar with the house. After that it has become a lot quicker, but they still seem to do a very good job. There were a few things that they didn't put back in the correct place the first time but once I asked them to put it back they did with no problem. Overall I'm very happy!

I have been using them for years and all has gone very well. The first cleaning is charged by the hour. Then after that a price is fixed for a weekly, biweekly or a monthly clean. It is so nice to come home to a freshly vacuumed home. It frees up my time and energy for fun, shopping, exercising or running errands. It would take me seven hours to do what their team does in an hour and a half.

There is no story. They came exactly on time, they clean and are out in 3-4 hours. They are clean, polite and cheerful. They are very professional. I had a housekeeper that came every day for 22 years and it became a question was it my house or hers. She was uncheerful, unpolite although she cleaned well but not as well as she thought. These people are so much better and I only need them twice a week because I have two large dogs and lots of company all the time.

They charges depend on the size of your house. I think their prices are fair and reasonable. I am pretty picky and I think they do a good job. I’ve used different maid services before; so I think that, for the basics, they do better than any of the ones that I’ve used in the past. They don’t clean like I do but compared to the others, I’ve been happy with them.

They did an excellent job cleaning my house. The receptionist Steve was a little difficult to work with over the phone. They estimated that it would take two hours to clean my home. When they came out it took them three hours to clean my house. I wasn't upset about that at all. I called them to ask if I could bring the extra money to them. They told me to just add it to the next bill which would have been $118.00 and I said was fine. I tried to set a date for the next appointment and Steve said that he would have to call me back because he didn't have his April calendar set up. I waited for his call but it never came. I called back today and Steve told me that I was already on the schedule for April 12th. Steve went crazy on me. He started shouting at me telling me that I was on the schedule and that I already know about it. However I didn't because he never returned my phone call. He went on shouting at me on the phone and eventually said he didn't need me as a client and hung up. He even cursed at me on the phone. This report only applies to my dealing with Steve. I thought they did a great job cleaning but nobody should have to go through that with Steve.

"In our last conversation on April 06, 2011, you did tell me you were going to report me to Angie's list. I wasn't concerned about that because I knew the only legitimate complaint you could have is that I did not want to do business with you. What I didn't know, is that you would fabricate a report to try to make me look like some kind of villain. The truth is, my maids cleaned your house, and you said they did an excellent job, they worked for 3 hours and you only wanted to pay for 2 hours. The maids had you call me. You were so upset that we compromised and agreed that you would pay for 21/2 hours. To say that you were "not upset at all" is absurd. If you were not upset why did I agree to cut price to try to keep you happy. You never offered to bring me a check, you did offer to mail me a check and I said that wasn't necessary, that you could just pay when we cleaned your house on 04/12/11. An appointment that was set up on 03/29/11. You called me on April 06 concerning your next cleaning. You were so difficult to deal with that I told you I would not be sending the girls back to you house. I knew that I would be forfeiting the money that you owed me, but it was worth it not to do business with you. When I read your report on Angie's list I could no believe the way that you blatantly lied about what transpired. It proved to me that I was correct in not doing business with you I have owned this maid service for over 30 years and in that time I have learned that no matter how hard I try I know that I cannot please everyone. But when I have a client that does not want to pay for what they say was excellent service then my effort will not be wasted on that client even if it cost me money to not have that customer. There are some things worth more than money. There is not a service company anywhere that caters to its clients needs more than my staff and me. This is why we have survived for over 30 years and will continue to do so. We have cleaned thousands of homes and have satisfied thousands of customers, just look at the other reports on Angie's list. As far as you saying that I cursed you. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! I never have, and never would curse a client…not even you. Look at what you say in your report. In the beginning you state that I was a little difficult to work with, by the end of your report you say that I cursed you. May I suggest to you that you use Angie's list for the purpose that it is intended. To help other people find good contractors to work with, and not try to put people out of business because they choose to not work with unreasonable people as yourself. The bottom line is: You had your house cleaned, you said my maids did an excellent job, you only paid for two-thirds of the cost and then you file a report complaining."

I have used them in the past. They have been really good. I want to use them more but I cannot afford it currently. They did an excellent job. I spent $400 every month. They used to come every other week. I have a three storeyed house. They did a great job cleaning the house. I never had any problems with them at all. The ladies that came out were very trustworthy. There were a couple of times when I had accidentally left my jewelry on the dresser and nothing was ever touched. The ladies were very sweet and very nice. Once I had wanted them to come out immediately, and they were able to come out the very next morning. They were very accommodating and they were very nice on the phone. They were very courteous and their pricing was very upfront. However, sometimes they missed a few areas and the pictures were a little askew, but usually they were very good. They were professional. I will use them again when I find another job.

They have always been very nice and very trustable. Their prices are extremely competitive. Sometimes, they didn’t quite mop all the way and didn’t put back the pictures properly after they dusted. They no longer clean my house.

Home Maid does a good job with basic cleaning; they send a crew of 2 to 3 cleaners, who work together and get through quickly. The manager is very responsive on the phone, and always resolved issues quickly (broken knick knack, rescheduling appointments). As cleaning services go, this is a good one with the normal issues that go along with having a crew sweep through occasional breakage, some crews more detail-oriented than others. Like most services, the first visit is billed hourly and regular cleaning after that is a flat rate. They will direct bill to credit cards, which is handy.
