HOME AID EXTERIOR CLEANING

Great job. Timely. Left no mess.

The work done by Home Aid Exterior Cleaners was average. I was happy with the initial cleaning. They did a good job but when they came back to seal it and I don't think they used a strong enough sealer. When it rains the water doesn't bead up very well and I can tell it will need to be done again sooner rather than later.

They did not show up when they said they would be here and they tried to use the excuse it by saying it was because of the weather however the weather was not the factor. They were not responsive as sometimes they did not call me back as fast as I would have liked them to. I think the price was average and competitive compared to another company I called. Overall, they did a good job so I may rehire them in the future.

I am very happy with him. He recommended certain colors for the deck, which most other companies would not share that much information. He ended up picking a color that goes extremely well with the backyard. He arrived very quickly and finished the job quickly. It was good quality work.

He said he would drive by my house and leave the estimate on my door. I called him Monday and today to see what happened and he has not called me back.

Bob came to give me an estimate the same day that I called him and returned on time to do the work as agreed. He was a pleasure to deal with and did an excellent job. His estimate was fair and he charged exactly what we had agreed on.

Good, stress-free interaction. I had left him a voicemail with my address and he came over and left an estimate. Once I confirmed over phone that I wanted to proceed with the job, he came & did the job and I mailed him the check. No fuss & no hassle. The only downside - We ended up using a clear sealant which leaves the deck looking a bit untreated. Bob agreed with me later that sealing with honey colored sealant would have been better. I wish he has provided that advice before doing the job.

THOROUGHLY ENJOYED WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. BOB WAS MY PRIMARY CONTACT. HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY FOR OUR APPOINTMENT TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. HE OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT ON THE WORK IF WE ACCEPTED PROPOSAL WITHIN 3 DAYS. THE WORK WAS DONE WHEN AND AS DESCRIBED. THEY TOOK A LOT OF CARE IN MOVING THE ITEMS THAT WERE ON THE DECK. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
