IT was awful due to their lies it was two days late in being delivered and then they were just dropping it off, not installing, and not removing my old one as we had paid for them to do. The delivery man told me that it wasn't his job and he called someone who said I had to call another company to install and they couldn't do it till next week. I refused delivery of their dishwasher and requested they refund all my money.
NEVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!

They were good. As soon as I walked in the door, they asked what they could help me with and I appreciated that. They walked me to it and asked me questions about what I needed regarding the TV mount.

We bought a Curtis 32and quot; LCD TV from HHGregg. After about 3 weeks, we noticed that the volume of the tv was going down, and that a couple of pixels had burned out, leaving a very small empty hole on the screen. We took it back to the store, to exchange it, and or upgrade it to a better quality, brand tv, in which we were going to pay the difference. The sales person told us that we were past the 14 day grace period by 4 days, and that they could not exchange it, and or upgrade it. When we asked to speak to the manager, he told us that the manager was busy, and that he had made his decision already. The manager did not even bother to come and talk to us, and or even tried making a deal. The store was nearly empty, so he could not have been really busy. He also seemed to be more concern with policy, than with costumer satisfaction. If they had accepted an exchange to an upgrade, everyone would have come out a winner, but the manager, which represents the store, was non-caring. In the long run, isn't about making more money, and costumer satisfaction? It's no wonder the store was nearly empty.
