Green Maidworks

I ordered a move in/move out special through their website and added on deep cleaning of windows, cabinets, and kitchen appliances. They sent 3 maids who did an average job at dusting and bathroom cleaning and a deplorable job at anything resembling a deep cleaning of the windows and cabinets. When I pointed it out, they quickly went through and did a light wipe down of these areas. I've contacted the company asking for a refund of the deep cleaning add ons. They offered to send a crew for a redo; however, we cleaned those areas ourselves. They then offered to return at a later date for a discounted price. I begrudgingly agreed. I was supposed to receive an email with some confirmation of what was agreed upon. One week later I still haven't received the email. I requested a refund again as I could see this is a company I didn't want to work with any longer. They've refused to refund anything but the cheapest add on: deep cleaning of the cabinets. They blamed my house being too large and being too dirty which would require more time. Then why wasn't that stated when they were here? I'll never use them again.
