It was fine. Two very young men who spoke that I did not understand and sold me a particular television and I got it. It wasn’t a cheap TV. It was a very good experience.

Im bringing my money to this store to buy a television for my house, with money that I have been saving for a YEAR!, and I come and I wait 30 minutes for someone to contact me from Media!!!!!!!!!!! just so he can tell me that he's gonna get a Magnolia specialist for me, and I literally look around to see that there are 3 guys helping 1 blonde while I'm waiting for them to finish so I can buy a television.

They showed up at my home on time. The job was done in a timely manner and they were knowledgeable about networking the computers. They did a good job and I would call them again for computer services.

We were looking for a Plasma Television. Our salesman was extremely kind and friendly. He showed us all kinds of Televisions and when we were done, we got two of them. I will go there to do most of my electronics shopping.

The lines are long, it could take an hour or so to get any help. They are understaffed. Don t disclose the true costs to you. You can not reach them via telephone and they don t call you back, when they say they will. My story: The technician at Best Buy Springfield told me he would run a diagnostic for why my computer was running so slow and then call me in two days and talk about whether it was worth sending off to get the fan fixed. I heard nothing and couldn't t reach them until a man from their repair shop in Kentucky called me to give me a quote for the fan. I asked about the diagnostic I had requested originally and he didn't know anything about it. I was quoted $350 for the fan, which I declined and it was shipped back to the store. There was no mention of shipping fees being incurred to me. I went to the store and they had the nerve to charge me $35.00 for shipping and wouldn't return my computer until I paid.

I purchased 2 appliances from Best Buy of Sprfld, VA .My overall experience with them was pretty awful.The resolution of the problem extended for days and days of unreturned , unanswered,and disconnected calls causing me to go in to the store to handle each issue that arose. There is no loyalty by employees to the store or its customers.Several pick-ups and deliveries were no-shows. They have poor communication between the warehouse delivery crew and make the lack of screws from an installation kit my problem.. I was told that in order for them to install the appliances onto the pedestles I had to go back to the store to help the salesman rummage through boxes looking for the proper screws. I cancelled the entire order and things grew worse.. Bottom line is I am still waiting for the credit to show up on my balance.
