I've used them every year since 2008.  They are very responsive and punctual.  They give you realistic time.  They always try to fit me in either on that same day or the next day.

It went horrible.  After the initial visit where they said they needed to replace my compressor, they took almost two weeks to get back to me to schedule an installation of the new compressor.  They came out and installed the new compressor which immediately started rattling.  When we questioned the technician about the rattle, he said that he installed it properly and got huffy.  He also said that he installed Freon, but when I attempted to confirm, he avoided the question and said he did everything that the home warranty company told him to do.  In other words, I have no idea if he actually put Freon in the unit, but he wanted to bill me for it anyways.  We refused to pay and got in touch with the home warranty company who we will work with to get either a supervisor from this company or another company to look at this.  Meanwhile, my heating issue is still not resolved.

Perfect!  Solved problem in 40 minutes.   Service very reasonable as a result of AHS service contract - $75.00 for a job that would cost $140.  Service was prompt and issued resolved.

My a/c stopped working and I originally submitted a claim with my home
warranty company.  When I called Four Seasons to schedule the service apointment they told me that they were already behind from the service calls the day before and I should call back after 4 pm or the following morning.  The man then promptly hung up the phone. The man that came to the houseout  was very prompt and replaced something (it looked like a fuse or a battery but actually holds oil) and told me it would take 24 hours for my house to cool down.  While I appreciated his timeleness, I had a follow up question and placed a call to the company later in the day (Friday) before business hours close.  I did not receive an answer.
On Saturday evening when the house still hadn't cooled below 85 degrees I placed another call to Four Seasons and left a voicemail.  I did not receive a call back.  On Sunday the house finally dipped to 80 degrees, but quickly began to rise as the day progressed.  I placed multiple calls to Four Seasons, leaving messages, to my home warranty company, and finally to the emergency line Four Seasons had given my home warranty company.  After the 5th call to my home warranty and a return back to the upper 80 degrees, customer service offered to call the emergency line for me.  They received a similar response to the one I did (a hang up).
Another company came and finished fixing my unit....guess what it needed....freon and a new air filter.  Shouldn't be two of the first things you check?

I do not recomend this company.  I have since called my home warranty and advised they do not keep them on their service provider list and if they are going to keep them, I do not want Four Seasons sent to my house ever again.

American Home Warranty company referred Four Season's to girlfriend's home in October 2012, when the heat pump was not heating the air properly.

During this visit, Four Seasons could not find the leak in the heat pump, so their technician spent about 20 minutes and added  freon.
It is explained to Four Seasons that there is a continual leak and that just adding freon would unlikely resolve the issue.
Six months later.... now May 2013, a/c freezes over.
Four Seasons referred again by American Home Shield warranty company. They state over the phone that " they can not find leaks in my type of units".    When this statement is challenged, owner replies:  " then you can go find your leaks".  Then hangs up the phone.
Here is the comparsion to a top notch company in Angie's list!!
Called a a A+ graded company on Angie's list ( with service nominations).
The type of heat pump and history is explained.
This company replies that "sure there are leak tests that can be performed on the heat pump".
The technician determines it is not a small leak (based on pounds and frequency of freon needed) and a dye test could be performed (better than a sniffer test), as well as other tests.

Don't know if Four Seasons is not competent  or just doesn't want to spend the time to perform a dye test under the Home Warranty payment.
Bottomline:
didn't find the leak the first time
the second time, stated not able to perform leak tests and was discourteous
Anyone can thrown freon in a system and temporarily resolve the issue.
.
a waste of  work leave and money with Four Seasons.

Quality:  (F) Lousy. They were not able to fix the problem during any of their four visits to our home.  They put freon into the unit each time but claimed there was no leak - said the freon just needed to be topped off and that we we would notice a difference in performance.  We did not.  It still does not work.
Responsiveness:  (F) Lousy.  They are contractually obligated by the warranty company to schedule an appointment to occur within two business days of the date the ticket was logged.  They did not call or return our phone calls to schedule an appontment for a couple of days.   We received an appointment for four business days after we logged the ticket.
Punctuality:  (B) Good.  After the appointment was finally scheduled, they did arrive within the appointment window.
Professionalim: (F) Lousy.  We called and left a message two days after their visit to let them know the problem persisted and asked them to come back.  They never called back.  We called back at five days, seven days and nine days and they still never called back.
Price:  (F) Lousy.  Although we only paid the $60 copay required by the warranty company, it was $60 too much as they never fixed the problem and we had to take of work/rearrange our schedules four times for them to come and do nothing to resolve the issue.

We placed a call to our home warranty company American Home Shield on 17 May.  Four Seasons called us back the same day but stated they would not be able to get to us soon because they were very busy.  Because the third floor unit does not impact our primary living areas, we said okay.  They called on 21 May to state they would arrive between noon and 4 pm on the 22nd.  They arrived early within their appointment window.  They quickly diagnosed the problem as a low freon charge.  They re-charged the system.  They stated that they could not find the leak because the system was only a little bit low on freon.  When I told them that the system had been recharged just 2 months earlier, they repeated their statement that they could not find the leak.
I did not rate the vendor on price, because we pay a fixed $75 / service visit charge through our home warranty contract.  I rated them a little low on responsiveness because it took 5 calendar days to get service.  And I rated them a little low on quality because I think they should have done more to locate the leak.

I was assigned to them by my home warranty company when I reported a problem with my A/C condensate pump leaking water into my basement, which has no drains.  They called me relatively promptly - about an hour after they had been assigned the work by my warranty company (this was on a Saturday morning).  They told me the earliest they could come out was "maybe Thursday."  I reluctantly agreed to go five days without air conditioning, as a cooling trend was forecast.  I heard nothing more until I called them on Tuesday at noon.  At that point the man who answered said he was no longer sure about Thursday, but was with a customer at that moment and would call me back.  He never did.  I called my home warranty company and asked for a replacement the next day.  They reassigned my job to another company, who called to confirm a next day appointment within an hour.  I'll report on that company after they do the work. Sorry to be the dissenting voice here, but I feel these guys dropped the ball and overcommitted themselves, then tried to BS their way out of it with a promise.  I won't tolerate that.  They may do good work, but they won't get the chance with me if they won't be forthright right from the start.

A technician with a manager came in and were able to diagnose and fix exactly what was wrong with our gas furnace.
They did not detect any safety issues.
They also gave some useful advices on how to improve the air circulation.

We had a followup issue that they responded to without question at no charge. It is very nice to find a company that is fair and honest in their dealings with customers. I will use them again even when my home warranty expires. Thanks again. Jeff

I had a complex wiring for my thermostat that required a professional install per the Honeywell manual. I called around and this company was the only one (out of at least 3 other companies) who would actually give me a price quote for the total cost before coming out on a service call. They also happened to be the go-to guys for my home warranty, so I decided to give them a try. From that first call, I felt that everything was explained in great detail and that I was not being taken advantage of. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were in and out in under 30 minutes. They even checked my furnace and gave me a thorough explanation for how it should be serviced. They seemed very rushed but I didn't feel that the quality suffered at all during the service.

They came out on a home warranty call. Very pushy and not interested that there was a problem. They were very unfriendly and they knew the system was in good shape. One week later the compressor blew.

I was concerned since I couldn't find this company on Angie's List but the service was fine. The technician arrived within 2 hours of my call and performed the work quickly.
