I received an estimate of cost and planned date for the tree removal. When the estimated date for the tree removal came near I tried to contact Ray numerous times to confirm when he would do the work. I could only leave voice messages. He did come out on the target date and removed the tree. He did a good job and cleaned up afterward. He also reduced the charge since he didn't need to pull a few hostas as they weren't in the way after all. Ray never returned to remove the stump or complete the work requested in the backyard. I tried to call him numerous times but he never returned my call. After the estimated work completion date passed for the work in the backyard (I waited patiently) I hired someone else. Ray never returns calls and only answered the phone once.
