+ -1 moreI was updating window treatments and needed additional Kirsch hardware to blend with existing hardware. Kirsch still makes the hardware items, but the names of some wood stain colors are different. Drapery Rods Direct kindly offered to send me a color swatch, since they could not confirm an exact match with the existing wood. The staffer did say that people do sometimes blend old and new wooden hardware successfully. I decided to take a chance and order the hardware from Drapery Rods Direct without viewing the swatch. They had the best price, and the order arrived very quickly, in nice secure packaging. Best of all, the color was very similar to what I already have in place. This was a small transaction, but it saved me the $200+ I would have spent on all new wooden hardware. I conducted this whole transaction by phone and online, but still experienced the personal touch of Drapery Rods Direct.
