Downspout drains worked fine as far as I can tell. Sump pump works satisfactorily, French drains all failed to drain properly.  Areas that I expected to improve with the french drains are now constantly wet.  The insulation in the crawl space is falling down because it was poorly installed.  D&E would come and fix them If I paid them another $3000.  They would even give me another useless warranty.  After this experience, I would look elsewhere for drainage services.  I would not use them again.  They were expensive, the workmanship was poor, and the warranty was useless.  I would give them a "C" if I thought the job was anywhere near satisfactory!

It went great.

Excellent. We had some issues after the initial repairs. However, they came back out, addressed the issue, stood behind the work and everything is fine (fingers crossed).

David was the rep. I dealt with and he was professional and knowledgeable. I have had a serious drainage issue that has gotten worse over the past 5 years. David did a thorough assessment and listened to what the problems I was experiencing. He made excellent suggestions based on my needs and budget.
 The crew showed up on time and worked non stop for 3 days. David was available during the process and called to check on the progress at the end of the day. Dave and his crew did an excellent job. The work I had done was much needed. Last night we had heavy rains, the streets were flooded but my house was dry for the first time in over 5 years. It was amazing. My backyard looks great and I am so happy with this company. I highly recommend them if you need any drainage work. 

The contractor did a great job of both installing a French drain and connecting my house downspout to the system as well as designing and installing a walkway. The workers were neat and tidy and even though this job included a lot of digging, etc., they always left the yard neat and clean. I no longer have drainage issues but I do have a really nice walkway!

Prompt and courteous. Work was done quickly and efficiently. All improvements were explained fully and finished work looked great.

They arrived on time.

David went over what was to be done in order to ensure we were all in agreement.

Then the guys did their thing.

At the end of the day, when the work was completed, the area was cleaned up to the point that you could not tell that all this work had just been done there.



About 10 days later, there was a big enough rainstorm to really test out the new drain.

It worked perfectly.

No more pooling water and no more soggy yard.

Every time it rains i am reminded of how disappointed i am with the service this company provided. my yard continues to flood whenever there is more than a light sprinkling of rain. It's been over two years since this company came in and installed a rain garden and did some grading work in my back yard. My yard is admittedly difficult - we have a downward slope and we live at the bottom of a hill. When I first met Mark, he promised that the fix would be easy - he made it seem like the whole thing would be easy and his guys could get the job done. Two years later, I still have a lake in my back yard. It still looks like a and quot;beforeand quot; picture, and it's so disappointing.

I tried on several occasions to get them to come and fix the problem in the portion of my yard where it floods terribly. they were very non-responsive. When they finally came back, they simply dug a larger, more unsightly hole under my fence in the yard for water to drain. it looks awful and so unprofessional. My husband convinced me to stop bothering contacting them, because he could tell they were just not going to make it right. After several ignored calls and emails, I agreed with my husband - this company had no interest in me after I gave them my check. I look out on the lake in my back yard and feel duped. Bottom line, I would not hire this company again.

I had multiple areas in my yard that had drainage and erosion issues that they took care of for me. Their work is always perfect. They came in, analyzed the problem areas, and then went over the details with me of how to fix them. They got the work done in a timely manner and took care of 3 sperate large area in my yard. The crew put in a paver walkway for me, and they also put in 2 pachysandra beds (plants) to help with the puddling.
