Rehab work was to commence approximately by 3/30/18; it started as early as 3/26/18. Pictures provided are the before (listing pictures). Rehab work needed to be completed within 6 weeks; that is, by or before May 1, 2018. The property transformation was needed and greatly anticipated! Mario (the owner) provided the best of 4 contractor estimates obtained. The work required was much and the budget to get it all done was tight; the other contractors staggered at the work vs the cost, but Mario wasn't intimidated by the job's demands. He extended himself, strategized his plan, and took on the job. As a REO prop, the responsiveness to calls; paperwork demands and on-site work progress reports were not always timely, but progress persisted nonetheless. Mario's crew and the subcontractors were always busy as bees laboring daily on the job until completion. The guys were respectable of the property and tidied up the work area daily. The property remained secured, even during work hours. I was both solicited and rendered input regarding certain reno designs and selective materials to be purchased, this made me feel like my personal contributions were honored and that the vision that I had for the home is being valued. After Completion: Wow! Less than 1 month later the project was completed; and this in consideration of a few extra construction upgrades. Again, it was very important to me that the project was completed before the last weekend of April so I could move in by May 1st. Mario heard my concerns and made it happen! Even after occupancy, which btw got the green light upon inspection, a few work items required adjustments; Mario promptly responded and made the necessary repairs; how super! Everything has worked out with DMV Contractors according to plan, and I am very pleased overall with this company's services and contract work. I would highly recommend them.

Mario Diez and his hard-working staff were prompt, reliable, dependable, did outstanding and thorough work and his prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend Diez Construction for your home remodeling needs. Mario is honest and extremely professional and dedicated to his craft. His team is also extremely professional. They did a great job!
