Columbia is a family owned and operated business ?father and sons.  They?ve been in the glass and mirror business for decades. 
Our experience with Columbia Glass was very positive from start tofinish through several purchases.  It wasa smooth process to schedule the measuring, for the team to do the measuring and for the installation.  We had such a positive experience with the first order of mirror for complete wall mirroring, we placed three more orders. 
Columbia custom made a very elegant glass dining room table and base.  They made suggestions about the optimum size table for the space and what the glass base could look like as well.  It is perfect - even better than we expected.  We love it and receive
many compliments.  Columbia also custom made a coffee table from four brass and silver etched legs we got in India over thirty years ago.  Again, the result is wonderful and we immediately received many compliments on this table.  Columbia suggested tempered glass for the coffee table; something we had not considered.  
The team who does the measuring and installing could not be more professional and helpful.  They were always on time and delivered what we ordered within days.  While doing one installation, they even hung two pictures for us.  We are now moving on to mirror one more wall space in our small condo.  
We give Columbia Glass beyond a five-star rating for both their customer service and products. If only there were more companies who operate at their level of professionalism. 

They cut the glass too small. When I asked them to provide a piece the correct size, they said that it wasn't worth doing and told me to go get my glass somewhere else and to NEVER come back in their store again.

They were very responsive and made an appointment promptly. They called a half hour before coming to our home. Everything was measured perfectly, which was important due to the space. It looks beautiful.
