A faint heart valve murmur was detected, in a 7 year old female Cavalier King Charles - typically all Cavaliers present at least a low grade murmur as they age. No medicine or specific dietary change was required in light of the low grade murmur. It is important to check this condition, since as they age it could get worse, and require medicine for treatment.

Everything went fantastic! Their customer service was off the charts from the minute I walked in the door. I walked in the wrong entrance and a nice lady directed me very nicely to the correct area. The person waiting for me had a nice sign saying "Welcome Angel" (which was my dog) and greeted her with treats to calm her down. I met with the nurse (Janet) and Dr. Lefbaum and everything just went very well. They did everything to make Angel feel comfortable. Dr. Lefbaum explained everything step-by-step in a manner that was very much understandable for your average person. For the price I paid, I got exactly what I needed and MORE!

When we came in there was a sign which had our dogs name on it welcoming him which was a nice touch. The staff was nice and helpful asking me if I wanted to be a a part of the whole process EKG/cariogram vs. waiting while they performed everything in the back.

Dr. Sidley and her nurse were very professional a well as personable. The entire hospital staff was very friendly, organized and the facility was extremely clean. This is a top notch facility with many doctors and much expertise. Dr. Sidley conducted the test and gave me the results immediately. She was careful with explanations and reviewing the results and provide the prescriptions on the spot. I feel that my pet received the best care possible here. They also followed up with my regular vet and provided the test results immediately. It was expensive but the expertise is worth it. My pet is already feeling much better. We are very fortunate to have access to such expertise in our area.
