They did a good job and were professional, friendly, on-time and came right back out for touch-up work.

The had to fix the drywall and did a great job. Good quality work and efficient.

I paid for two coats of sealer on my new deck, and I watched them work. They put on one coat, and it took all morning. "Johnny" said he would let it dry during lunch, then apply the second coat. After lunch they put the furniture back on the deck, as though they had finished the job. When I asked about the second coat, he lied and said he already did! So here is a CertaPro job boss trying to steal $1250 in work and materials! I had to call his boss, Maidelys Jorge, to force them to come back and finish the job! If you hire these people and their lying, thieving, dishonest workers, DO NOT take your eyes off them, or they will rip you off (theft of services)!

CertaPro Painters have been the most reliable painters that I have used over the recent 30-years in this home. I've used CertaPro on multiple occasions since 2005 to paint exterior trims and molding on my home. It's an old house, so at various times rotten wood needed to be replaced before painting.... The results have been consistently excellent over the years.

Would hire them again. They were on time and did a really good job. There was one issue regarding an item in the scope of the job and it was resolved quickly and favorably. Painter promptly took care of one item I identified when I did my walk around at the end of the job. Very professional over other painters I have dealt with. They were truly interested in my satisfaction.

I highly recommend CertaPro Painters. They did an excellent job painting the main level of my home, including stairways up and down. They also painted the interior and exterior of my entry door. I was extremely pleased with Geronimo and crew as they were skilled workers that not only did an exceptional paint job but also did a great job cleaning up afterward. The whole job was completed in a little more than one day. I will definitely use them again for any future paint jobs!

There was a little confusion bout the desired paint color but that was cleared up right away.The whole team from start to finish was very professional and very responsive. Any questions I had or concerns, for example about rain potentially affecting the paint, were handled immediately and with a desire to please me, the customer.

Fantastic. Salesman, Sam Sutton was great answered my questions as well as ones I had not thought to ask. David Diaz and his crew were puntual, and stayed late to finish job so that I did not have to take an additional day off work.

Our experience was great! Sam talked us through the process, and gave us an estimate immediately. The painters were prompt and professional. We will certainly use them again.

They were thorough and able to get things taken care of promptly, and they worked very quickly to help resolve other non-paint related issues and work that came up along the way!

I was most impressed on their timeliness. Unfortunately, my experience with contractors and workmen, is that they don't always show up when they say they will but not with Cert Pro, they always did what they say they would which is Big. I will continue to use their services. Sami was a pleasure to work with.

very well, on time, on budget

Very good, no problems.

I had used Certa-Pro from another franchise under a sub-contract with a kitchen remodel. That Certa-Pro did a great job, but they said that they couldn’t come back because I was in a different franchise territory. Although the Angie’s List reviews were not top level for this franchise, I thought I would hire them because I wanted a company whose sole purpose was painting. I was very disappointed. To begin with, when I got an estimate for painting a living room/dining room, I was told it may take two days, which surprised me. When only one painter (Pedro) showed up, I then understood why it might take two days (the other franchise sent two painters, and put on two coats of wall paint and was done in one day. This painter only put down one coat of wall paint). Although in the end, it only took one day. I wonder if I was charged for two days. The work included: two walls, a stairwell, a couple of accent walls, ceiling paint under a soffit, spokes for two stair railings, and a high gloss paint for a 14 ft. chair rail and baseboards all around. The ceiling, window molding, and crown molding had been done previously, so wasn’t needed. I provided the paint. The supervisor (the man who did the estimate) stopped by early on to see that things were proceeding and to get the payment. During the work, I was wiping up after the painter when I saw drips on our hardwood floor, banister, and other places. When he was finished, and I was inspecting the job, I found several spots that needed fixing. At one point I even took the brush myself to fix them because the painter was too short to reach the spots and he had already put away his ladder. One big problem was dripping at the top of one large wall. Instead of cutting-in (framing) the wall before painting the wall with the roller, he painted the wall first. Then when he painted the underside of the soffit with ceiling paint, he got the ceiling paint on the wall and had to go back over it using a brush to touch up. In doing so, there were heavy drip marks all along the top of the wall. I noticed this and he tried to fix it by sanding and then painting again. It wasn’t until after he left that I noticed that in his effort to fix it, it made it worse (more drips than I had noticed before). I then sanded these drips while the paint was still soft. Later it took my husband several hours to try to fix the problem, although you can still see the drip marks if you look close enough. My husband also spent time touching up areas where the accent color walls met the regular walls, as they were not straight. After the painter left, I also spent about an hour or so scrubbing the floors around the walls with the green scrub pad to clean up the tiny spatters (light colored paint and a dark wood floor). I even found two big drops of diluted paint on one of our oriental rugs (from when he washed out some of his tools). Luckily it was fresh and I got it out easily. Two days later, when I had more time to inspect, I discovered a small portion of one wall that wasn’t painted at all. And at the top of the stairs, in a place very hard to reach, I found the same drip problem that I saw on our wall. We just have to leave that, as we don’t have the equipment to reach that area. On the positive, the painter removed all the electrical plates before painting. Although the instructions said to leave the nails for pictures on the wall, I didn’t want them painted over. The painter did remove them to paint and then put them back. I thought I hired a professional painter, but I'm sure we could have done a better job ourselves. I would not recommend their services.

They were very reasonable in price and did an excellent job.

I contacted three different painters/painting companies. This one was by far the most responsive, took the time to fully understand what I needed, and provided a detailed written cost estimate with line item costs so I could have chosen not to do a specific item, and the bottom line price would be lowered by that amount. (For instance, choose to paint the interior handrails, or not).
The painting crew was on time both days, and worked two long days. They were extremely nice and respectful, not only to me but to the house itself, handling everything with great care, protecting everything accidentally paint, while doing a meticulous skillful job. They keep things neat and did a wonderful job cleaning everything up.
I summery, they were extremely professional start to finish, did a marvelous job, were a pleasure to deal with, and did it for a good price!!!
I highly recommend this Company, and the fine people who I worked with.

I've already told a friend who is planning a project; Don't even consider painting it yourself! These guys work much faster and do a far better job - they're professional painters. And they're very affordable.

The painters did an excellent job. They worked hard and were very clean. They arrived promptly at 8 and worked all day. The painters came back a week later and did a complimentary touch up on a spot in my tall foyer. The paint they used smelled really nice. There is a scent you can have added to the paint when they mix it. We have always had great results from this Certapro team. PLus, Sami is easy to reach if questions arise and is responsive to questions.

Excellent - great quality work. They were punctual, responsive, and transparent about our options when we wanted changes.
