Not well. This place is on the "certified" list of major insurers -- the insurance company directs you there after an accident. Now it's clear why. The appraiser for the insurance company missed some damage (strut seal and mount integrity blown in the accident), the "experts" at CAR Collision Center only fix what the appraiser tells them to fix and the customer is left dealing with the fall-out. Once the customer discovers the additional damage and brings the car back in, the people at CAR immediately bring the appraiser back in. The appraiser says "nope, that wasn't part of the accident" and CAR goes along with it. What else WOULD the appraiser say?! No extra cost for CAR or the insurance company...lots of out-of-pocket costs for the customer. This place is not looking out for the customer, ensuring they put a safe vehicle back on the road. Go elsewhere.

As previously stated, the work was fine. It was the customer service that was not great at all.
