trimming left-over sealant around the panes was not as clean as i expected. but overall replacement job was fine. job wasn't done on originally scheduled work date; had to be postponed.

Capital Discount was great. They were responsive, professional, delivered as per the agreed schedule and were reasonably priced.

Najim came out and gave an estimate. He said he would have to special order the glass and it might take a week or two (which was OK with me). A few weeks later the glass was in - he installed the replacement glass in the windows that were cracked (3 windows). He rebalanced all the windows and made sure all would open and close. (10 windows). Some of those windows needed the sash cords replaced.

Mr. Najim was very professional, and showed up on time and did a great job! He cleaned up and tidied everything afterwards.

Service was very fast and efficient.  I called in the morning and he was able to come by and fix it within a couple of hours.  Turns out the final price was $10 less than the estimate provided on the phone, which I appreciated.  These guys are pros.  Highly recommend using these guys if you have a broken window.

He responded quickly and came out the day after I called.  He made the repair quickly and efficiently and for a good price.  I didn't interact with him in person directly, but my tenant had no complaints.  I would definitely call on him again if needed.

The owner was the installer. He was very professional and completed the job in one day.

One of the new windows broke after a couple of days. W called and the next day Capital Discount Windows & Glass Repair came out and installed a new window.

Service was very responsive and quick, but unfortunately there was water condensation between the two panes of double glass and now I will have to have it done again.

I called Najim to get an estimate and he came later that same day to inspect the windows.  He provided a free estimate that was approximately 25% less than the other company who provided me an estimate.  He said he could have the parts in about a week.  The parts arrived in that time period and he offered to come out to install right away.  That wasn't convenient for me, though so we scheduled a time that was convenient for me.  The day of installation, he was on time and very courteous.  He completed the job more quickly than I expected and everything is working great.  Nam showed me how to maintain the balances and asked me to call him if I had any problems.  Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend him, particularly over another I company also dealt with that I will be giving a poor review.

The work was done effectively and for a reasonable price. This decision to repair my windows saved me many $$$ that I would otherwise have had to spend to buy new windows. Happy customer.

Their costs were reasonable.  Najim was very personable and he gave me such a good price on replacing the window that I couldn't say no.  The two windows he ordered came in about two weeks.  He also installed the windows when they came in. I am planning on calling him back when I replace the other windows in my home.

I was very hot outside. They took the time and came back a 2nd day to a good job. They cleaned up as necessary. I would use them again.

We had two windows in our home with broken sash cords and a number of windows that did not open and close easily or were sealed shut.  Najim came over the same day I called and get every single window working properly.  He also replaced two panes of glass that had cracks in them.  The work involved a large number of windows, and I was really impressed with the quality of the work.  I thought the price was very reasonable for the work that was performed, especially since it required several hours to ensure that every window could open and shut without any problem.  I was also impressed with how flexible Najim was with scheduling -- it was great to get same-day service.  I would recommend Najim without hesitation.

The repairman came out the same day I called and fixed the window.  I had just had a home break-in unrelated to the window, but they were willing to work around the crime scene folks, etc.
I have used them before and have found them to be honest repairmen that charge a fair price.  I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Najim came out to do the estimate, we gave him the down payment and scheduled the repair. He was on time for the estimate. His price was reasonable. He was on time for the repair and cleaned up after himself. He's also very nice and very polite. We couldn't be happier with his work. 

It went fine. It was prompt and they did what they said they would do. They delivered what they promised.
