BUDGET FLOORS INC

Stay away from Budget floors, inc at all cost. They were very rude and lost all the written paperwork for the estimate. When they found it, they would not agree to schedule us for the week we needed done for the floors done. We were on a schedule to move into the house, and needed to have the floors done the week of July 8th. This was spelled out in the email correspondance with Budget floors. I signed the written estimate and attached it to the email. This was our written agreement. The owner eventually found the email and signed estimat, but refused to agree to the start dates. He said we would have to wait 3 more weeks, regardless of whether he was at fault and lost the paperwor. The owner was very rude, and hung up on the phone when I asked what they could do to schedule the work to be done as originally scheduled in the estimate provided to them 3 weeks prior. If a company or business loses all the paperwork, I would think they would try to work with the customer. Budget floors inc owner would not make any attempt to try and make up for their mistake. Again, the owner was very rude and hung up. Stay away from this company!
