Magnolia?s team. We met Sultan (General Manger), Bill (system Designer) and Melissa (Project Manager) the following week at our house. They spent over two hours with us as we walked the whole house and listed everything that we envisioned.
After we walked the house, we all sat down in the living room. The team from Magnolia helped us build our system. I really enjoyed this process as this made everything simple and allowed us to take charge of our project and budget. After we created a
system, the team processed the deposit and setup a revisit at the Magnolia Design Center in Springfield VA. I think it goes without saying, that showroom is amazing and exact replica of a something out of interior designs magazine. The team had arranged this revisit so we can see everything that was going in our project and ease of use with the system. My husband was very impressed with the premium brands that Magnolia Design Center.
Two week later, we had the Magnolia install team at our house to start the project. In between the store visit and the install, I got multiple calls from Bill regarding the status of the products. Our project took about five days and Melissa communicated daily and provided and update on the project. I was amazed in the quality of workmanship in the install.
My experience with Magnolia Design Center in Springfield VA has been one of the Best!!! The team there really cares about going the extra mile and earning a customer for life!
I am will recommend them to anyone on Angie?s List for Audio/Video or Automation in the house/business. They have the best brands and superior service . They are the BEST!
