ABSOLUTELY OUTATANDING! Thank you. We hate having to be away from our senior cat but found peace of mind with Becky’s Pet Service. He is normally shy but loves his sitter too.

I absolutely love Becky’s Pet Care. They are so great with my 4 doggies (yes that is right 4!) They send me emails with updates and may forget to send a photo every now and again but always keep me in the loop and call back almost immediately if I leave a message or a question about something. They even help get some of the mess my poor doggie made due to him not feeling well. They are the best priced option and the doggies all get to stay in the comfort of the home. I don’t know why more places don’t offer something so amazing! We will ALWAYS use them when we head out of town!!!

We required assistance caring for our mature kitty while we were on vacation. He is very social and likes a lot of attention and has never been left alone before (as we previously had another cat). He is also on quite a few medications, which he must take twice a day. Therefore we were very anxious about leaving him. We need not have worried, our pet caregiver, Pat, was amazing! She visited as scheduled; took care of food, water, litter, and meds; and most importantly played and loved our sweet boy. She sent update emails after every visit with great pictures and such authentic details that we knew that our kitty was in good hands. We couldn't have imagined such great care and would absolutely use this service again in the future.

I used Becky’s for about 8 months. Administratively they are very efficient and responsive. Short notice requests were almost always filled. Sitters came on time, sent pictures and notes. I was very happy UNTIL....... The regular sitter (initials LW) sent notes on two occasions saying that she had gone through my refrigerator and my cabinets to find and give treats to my pets. I had not authorized these treats. One of my pets has allergies and can not have treats. And what the **** is she doing rooting through my cabinets/refrigerator??? Is she snooping around the rest of my house too???!! I reported it to two managers. The first reaction of both was to defend her saying they’d not had any other complaints about her. It’s not like I was offering a subjective opinion. She voluntarily admitted she invaded my privacy and gave treats she wasn’t supposed to give! The regional manager said their sitters always follow pet owners instructions “like the law”. LW did not!! The manager said he would try to find a replacement sitter for an upcoming trip and he would get back to me. He never called me back. I can no longer trust this company to hire ethical employees or to provide and require ethical behavior. I wouldn’t put my pets at risk with this company.

Excellent. Immediately after a visit, the sitter provides a daily report and photo of my dog. Details include dog walks, if my dog ate , drank water and any other significant details.

They are excellent and we love them. They are very reliable and they call us if anything seems amiss. They take notes daily on how the pets are doing so you can read about it when you get home. They bring in the mail. We would highly recommend them and we would never use anyone else.

Consistently meets expectations. My dog is always excited to see the care provider and eager to go on the walks. We get good trip reports on the walks.

Wonderful! I loved the feedback (and sometimes pictures) after each visit. It put our minds at east while away.

When I'm traveling, they confirm when they got there (which I'm always worried about if they got there okay), they leave me messages on how my pet's doing that day. They confirm with me that I actually returned when I did, because if for some reason I didn't make it, they want to make sure to come take care of my pet. I've been happy with the care that they provide. The approximate cost is $150 for the week.

I can't say enough about Camerine - she is so loving and has helped us create a wonderful environment for our dog even when we're not around. She's also great at communicating with us, and everyone in the office is very helpful as well. I feel so lucky to have a pet sitting service as wonderful as Becky's.

It is working pretty well. I like the company and have become a regular customer with them. I use their services three times a week for dog walking. They are a little pricey but acceptable.

Been using this company since 2010 and were satisfied until today. Our regular walker is on vacation and they asked if we wanted a sub for today. In writing, I said "no" because I felt the dogs would not react well to a stranger. Well, Becky's sent someone to our house anyway, the dogs reacted poorly and she was bitten. Our dog has now been reported to animal contort and is in quarantine. If you want your pets cared for according to your instructions, then pick another company. They may be the biggest in the area, but that doesn't mean they provide quality service.

Becky's Pet Care is excellent. It was easy to request service using their online system and they are very responsive. The person who comes to walk the dog is very considerate and punctual.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Every day the team caring for my cats left a detailed message about what they did, and if and how they interacted with my pets for me to read when I got home. I got a text the first night letting me know they'd been able to access the house and everything seemed in order. They also did the little things, like scraping and rinsing the food dishes, which seems obvious but really isn't. And when I thought I might get stuck overnight in the airport the Becky's team made it easy to get an extra visit so with everything else I didn't have to worry about my pets.

Amazing job. The region manager came over and took detailed notes about how best to care for my cat. My assigned sitter, Diana, is absolutely amazing. She keeps me updated while I'm gone, and it is easy to see that she loves my pet and wants to take good care of him. I have complete trust in her.

I contacted Becky's Pet care explaining that I had very little time for sitting arrangement before my trip date due to a demanding work schedule. Kate (katie?) the customer service lady was extremely helpful, and within 4 hours, I met with a supervisor in order to work out details of my upcoming trip. I feel like my cat was well taken care of while I was away. I like that they leave a note each visit with a check list of what they did.

They are very dependable. They are responsive when I call. Their communication is excellent. They always leave a note going over what they did and how things went.

It was a bit difficult getting it started because apparently they have a $20 registration and on the big deal it said that you can use one of the visits to pay for one of the registrations. But then I went to cash it in and they were like, "No, you have to pay separate," and then after that, it was sort of a fiasco trying to get a walker. It was sort of weird because during that registration visit, they had one of their team lead or whatever, but the team lead wasn't going to be the one that was walking them, they said that some other lady was going to be walking. My dog, he won't just go with anyone. I was like, "No, I'm not going to let some random person," because he won't go with them, he will hide. I said, "I don't understand why they don't come and meet my dog first." After a while, they agreed to let the walker come in and then after that, it was fine. But the setup was sort of weird. And I called their phone number and the lady told me, "No, you should have read the paper work." I'm like, "I did." It was sort of bad. I had to finally go to the manager and she apologized and then she fixed it. But it was sort of weird, in the beginning. But after that, after you got through the first part, it was fine. It was just bizarre the whole registration thing. After that, the walker was nice and everything. It's just the way the processing, the management in the beginning was weird. It would have been an 'A' if it hadn't been so difficult in the beginning. The deal was very good, but afterwards it was too high. They were pretty responsive. The person who answered the phone was trying to give it to me saying I wasn't reading my paperwork or whatever. When I actually got the dog walker, she was real nice and my dog loved her. So, that was good. I liked the little progress report telling me what he did.

Overall I was satisfied with the services thought the staff were friendly and cared about the pet's they watched. Only problem was that Becky's regular work/walking schedule doesn't match my dog's normal routine so I had some concern especially since it was a first time for one of my pups. One of my dogs wears two collars because he chews off his tag all the time so I had to get a cloth collar that could hold a tag that doesn't hang down. He is a big husky and his second collar is a choker, I specifically told them he needed to be walked using the choker because if he pulls hard, he can break out of the second collar. They walked him using the second cloth collar, he is a 1 1/2 year old great big puppy, he saw someone else walking their dog and he broke free and apparently scared one of my neighbors.

I called Becky's Pet Care and they were able to find me a qualified and experienced sitter quickly. I was on the schedule for service the next day, and they helped me be flexible with adjusting timing as our puppy grew and needed different types and times for walks and care. Our sitter (Camerine) and is phenomenal, and our dog's been thrilled to be growing up with her. She gives him love and care, provides daily written updates, and flags me when I need to know things. She encourages him to drink fresh water. She gently and effectively keeps him out of things he's not supposed to be doing. I'm so happy with Becky's Pet Care and Cameron!
