It was a great experience. I went to the Chantilly store and they were having a grand-reopening, so everything was 50% off. I bought a sectional. The saleswoman was low pressure and she helped me pick the fabrics and she even wrote me a thank you note. The sofa came about 6 weeks later. The delivery guys were great -- very professional. I went back because I liked the sofa so much and bought a mission style dresser and 2 nightstands. I went back to the same saleswoman, who remembered me. She threw in a warranty for free.

Basset tried to deliver the armoire three times, but each time it arrived with significant, noticeable damage and/or defects. The first two times we refused the armoire; however, the third time we agreed to keep it if: 1) the damage was repaired; 2) a defective drawer was replaced; and 3) we received a partial refund (discount). All were promised; however, while the damage to the main unit was, in fact, repaired, we have not (it's been about two months) been given the promised discount, nor has the replacement drawer been delivered. Repeated phone calls have not been returned, with one exception: when recently I promised to let other customers know about the company's quality and service via this web site (and via a complaint with the BBB), we received a message saying they'd ordered the drawer and we should have it in several weeks. We'll see. Not surprisingly, no word on the promised discount.
