Bartlett came to my house on the date specified and the estimate was a fair price. I exchanged a few emails with Kurt regarding the job, and I faxed the signed invoice over to them on March 18 along with an email requesting confirmation of receipt. When I hadn't heard back from anyone at Bartlett by the middle of the following week, I called the office and the administrative assistant indicated that she would leave a message for Kurt to contact me via phone call or email. After not having heard from them another week later, I wrote to Kurt and asked him to cancel my invoice, as I was going to find another contractor to perform the work. At this point, he did write back and inform me that he had been busy and he would try to group my job with others of similar size to save cost. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication destroyed any confidence I had that working with this contractor would be a quality experience. Neither Kurt nor his office staff was ever rude or unpleasant, but I consider communication to be one of the most important factors in contracting job, and they dropped the ball. Based on this experience, I would not consider working with Bartlett again.

Outstanding. I found Bartlett Tree Experts on Angie's list and decided to use them after I did my research and got several estimates from several tree service companies. I was impressed with their company and in my dealings with their representative, Kurt Mohr. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

The price for the last job wasn?t too much. They are going to come back in the spring and do something else in the fall too. I send an e-mail whenever I notice a problem in my yard and I get a quick response from them letting me know that they would come over to take a look at the problem. The person then comes to give me a diagnosis and tells me what the treatment should be. They respond quickly and let me know what needs to be done to improve the situation. Their responsiveness and punctuality is very good. They come when they say they are going to come to do the work.

They were not focusing on why I had them come out. They tried to up sell me a shrub care program that I was not interested in. We went with another company.

They were excellent. They came the week I called them, finished the work in about two hours, and cleaned up after themselves. I had never used them before, and they were great.

Everything went well. They have excellent service.

They we here early and had already taken a look at the property when we arrived. They made suggestions and answered all of our questions. Very friendly and professional.

Sometimes I have them do the work and sometimes I put it off. They seemed nice and okay. My neighbor across the street uses them, this is how I got their name. I guess they are as good as anyone else, I really haven't shopped around.

I was very happy with them. They gave me the lowest quote of all of the places I called. They told me that I did not have to do anything and that they would come out and take care of it. One day I came home and the tree was gone. They cleaned up great and left everything looking great. When the work was done, they charged me for the job.

They were willing to negotiate the price, they came on time, their team was professional, they removed and mulched the trees. The stumps were ground down a week later -my only complaint would be the grinding team didn't have a copy of my time availability and came at an inopportune time. Definitely negotiate the price -we got them to throw in the stump grinding for free. Definitely be clear about your preferred time for the work to be done.

It went fine. They were very professional. They were very prompt. The price is just a little high but that is what you get if you want a service done, but they are worth it.

THE BARTLETT TREE SERVICE IS VERY GOOD. I WAS INFORMED OF THE THINGS I COULD DO FOR THE TREATMENT OF SOME OF MY TREES. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

I THINK THEY'RE GREAT. THEY DID A REAL NICE JOB ON THE TRIMMING AND CLEANED UP REALLY WELL AFTER THEY TOOK THE DEAD TREE OUT. THEY ARE NICE GUYS AND MY SICK TREES ARE LOOKING BETTER.

THE COMPANY IS VERY PROMPT THEY GAVE AN EXACT ESTIMATE ON WHAT THE COST WAS AND AN ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS THE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND WOULD EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD COMPLETELY.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE HARD WORKERS, THEY ARE VERY QUICK, AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. I FEEL VERY GOOD ABOUT THE WORK THAT THE COMPANY HAS DONE.
