+ -1 moreI've used them since 88-89. They keep you very well informed about what is going on. They are quite honest on things like "you know you don't need to have this now". They will even tell me things to help save my air conditioner.
Description of Work: They do inspections every 6 months. We have a contract with them so we don't pay them anything to inspect. They had to put a 30 amp double-pole in the breaker box because I have a new outside unit. We don't pay any labor.
