Contacted Atlas who came out today (about a week after I called) for an estimate for the repair. Atlas identified the problem and fixed it for free.

I solicited bids from four companies that were highly rated by both Angie's List and Checkbook. Three of the bids were compliant with my request. Atlas was one of two that included additional information (e.g., copy of business license and liability insurance) as part of their bid package – without having to ask for it. They included costed options for passive ventilation and explained the tradeoffs associated with those options. There was no push, no hard-sell, no up-sell, just information with prices and options. The pleasant surprise was that they were also the low bidder. They scheduled to come a few days later (much sooner than originally expected) and in 6 hours had stripped off the old roof, installed the new one, and cleaned up everything. We are completely satisfied and would recommend them to others.

Service was good. We had a miscommunication about the roof material to be used but Ed was responsive to our concerns. He was wonderful to work with and we would hire his company again.
