We did not meet him until a year later after our tenants had moved out and we were implementing more of the long-term suggestions. He came to the house to explain to us in more detail what the specific problems were and verified that we were on the right track with the preventive measures. At one point, he likely felt attacked by our ambush (we had been pretty irritated with how the water/mold damage had been and wrongly thought he hadn't done his job) and he responded with professionalism until we calmed down. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope we never need his services again but if we do, we'll call him. Pricing was reasonable and he ended up not charging us for the followup visit nearly a year later. Very impressive.

It was a very successful experience. We own an older house that we rent out and unfortunately we had a mold issue. I called ACIS and Patrick took care of the problem. His pricing is very fair and he is very knowledgable about what he was doing. I highly recommend them. They did our house inspection and it was just as good as our mold testing and removal.

We hired ACIS to some mold and asbestos testing at my parents home. They were very knowledgeable and responsive. Besides doing the testing they also did the abatement. They were very neat and tidy.
