They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day and called 15 minutes before arriving within the allotted timeframe. The Technician, Hicham, quickly diagnosed the issue, was able to fix the problem, and was on his way in about 30 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very reasonable rates and will definitely use them again!

I called Saturday morning and was happy that someone could come out early Saturday afternoon. the refrigerator was not cooling. Mr Singh came out, diagnosed that my defroster was not working and I needed a new thermostat & heater. One part needed to be ordered so it would be Tues or Wed. before it came in. fortunately he was able to get the refrigerator working temporarily so all my food wasn't ruined. He was very good about calling when he said he would. He came back & put in the parts & my refrigerator is back working. Yay! I am very happy with this service

I had my first service call with Atlantic Appliance today and I couldn't be HAPPIER! My 10 year old Kenmore dishwasher suddenly stopped working. We went to turn it on, no touch panel lights, nothing. I called Atlantic appliance yesterday and they immediately sent out a technician the next day. Hicham came right on time, wearing a mask, polite, professional and personable. He was able to fix the problem with some kind of "electronic reset" - my term not his. I was quite concerned that the problem would require a costly control panel and a less than honest repair person could easily have told me that. Instead, a simple repair for $149. Honest repair persons can be hard to come by. I highly recommend Hicham and Atlantic Appliance. I'm glad I found them.

Extremely well. Highly professional and timely. Immediately identified what need to be repaired for my dryer and provided a very fair quote. Provided an estimated time for parts to arrive and when they did telephoned to set up repair time. Subsequently, repairs were made on time. Very neat and cleaned up prior to departure. No hidden surprises after quote was given. I would definitely hire them again.

Washer needs replacing. He showed me where and how it was failing and recommended a machine and brand based on his repair history.

The process of calling, arranging the repair, and having it done was smooth and painless. Everyone I dealt with was polite, pleasant, and professional, and the repair man (Jassi, I believe his name was) called when he was on his way (as I was told he would), showed up early within the window of time I was quoted, and made the repair quickly and competently. I really couldn't ask for more, and plan to call Atlantic again the next time I need an appliance repaired.

I called on a Saturday morning and spoke with Mr. Singh. He said he would be here within the hour, and he was. When he got here he said he would have to order parts, which took a few days. He returned a few days later and completed the repair. Excellent service and great work at a very reasonable cost.

Mr. Singh called to let us know when he'd be there. He arrived on time, very courteous, very professional. He quickly identified the problem with our oven. Although he didn't have the specific part on hand, he was back in 30 minutes, made the swap, put everything back together, ops-checked the oven and was gone! Great service! Will definitely use this company again if needed.

Excellent experience. Hashim was great -- knowledgeable, competent, fast, polite, responsive. Dryer kept stopping and he said it could be motor and/or board. Diagnostic visit fee was waived when they came back to fix. They had to special order a motor for our Frigidaire dryer (maybe 12 years old) as well as the board. First tried the board replacement and that did the trick. He showed me where the old one was shorted out. So they took back the motor without complaint and only charged exactly what was estimated. 90 day warranty on parts and labor. He had some good advice as we talked about how best to use the dryer (and washer) and check some things myself. I would definitely call them again for our next appliance issue.

When I called, they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Mr. Singh was very prompt, polite and professional. He needed to get a part, and would have come back that very same day to complete the repair if I had been available. Instead, he came the very next day and was able to repair my dishwasher. He gave me good advice for taking care of my dishwasher in the future. They are honest and have reasonable fees. I also very much enjoyed meeting Mr. Singh, as he was such a nice gentleman. I will use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

Found Atlantic on Angie's List when the oven broke in Dec. 2018. They answered the phone, came the next day, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part, returned later that day, installed it, done. When the washer broke in Feb. 2019, repeated the procedure. Fixed the problems at fair prices in a short time frame for a reasonable price. What else you want?

Singh responded the same day I called, quickly determined what he suspected the problem was, and then took the time to run through a cycle to confirm if his suspicion was correct. My machine required a new drive belt, which he provided and installed the next morning. He took time again to clean the motor and make sure everything was working properly before he left. He also provided some advice regarding our planned kitchen renovation and what type of appliances we should avoid.

Very quickly and efficiently. He showed up at the beginning of his predicted 3-hour time window, had the replacement part on the truck and was finished within the hour. He also gave some suggestions to monitor for future problems and easy ways to fix them, whether he did the work or not. Would definitely hire again. Great experience.

Really well. The problem was a lot more complicated than I thought. It took him nearly 4 hours to repair it. Cost was around $350, but considering the time to repair and the alternative of a new fridge at around $2k, it was well worth it.

They were great! Professional, nice and knew what the issue was right away and fixed it for a fair price.

His determined the shocks on the drum were wearing out from age, but it wouldn't be cost-effective to replace them yet. I should load it carefully and wait until the problem gets worse and then decide if I want to repair it or replace it.
