Jeff has been welding and fabricating since 1993. His primary focus is to provide affordable welding services to whomever may need it. His experiences vary greatly from erection of multi-story steel structures, fabrication and installation of stairways, handrails and ramps to repairing the mufflers of his friends' vehicles. By keeping his operational costs low, he is able to pass the savings on to his customers.

Paid this guy his 50% deposit and he disappeared. Strung me along for a month saying he was going to install our railing but never showed up. Told us 5 different times he was going to install then no-showed. Now he won't return texts, calls or emails. He stole my money.

I gave Arc 50% deposit: $1800. Jeff said he could do it right away. Two months later--no railing! No $1800! He doesn't answer the phone, return emails or texts.

ARC Welding Services provided excellent work despite tough challenges. Our custom porch and steps involved unusual dimensions and subtle slopes to accommodate existing topography and landscape features.The decorative wrought iron pattern we chose required extra effort and imagination to produce evenly repeating themes between adjacent sections of the railing. Jeff Vaillancourt and his team showed personal pride in producing a harmonious and unusually beautiful addition to our home. They didn't see it only as a job. They intended to create a work of art - and they succeeded.
