I contacted ARP on 9/20.  I asked several questions to ensure they were capable of working on my range and had access to the parts.  They assured me they had plenty of experience working on high-end appliances and were able to order any needed parts.  The technician arrived within the time window and spent several hours working on my range.  He claimed it was fixed, so I paid.  I next tried to use my oven on 9/25 and discovered that the problem had not been fixed.  I called and reported the problem.  My tecnician said he would order a part and return.  I never heard from him and had to initiate another call.  He arrived on 10/8, but for some reason did not install the part.  He claimed the oven was now working, but of course is wasn't.  He told me he was going to order a different part.  I never heard from him and initiated yet another call on 10/13.  He was out of town and claimed no one else was skilled to work on the range.  He said he would be back in town on 10/15 and would come out to the house.  We never heard from him.  I contacted the company on 10/16.  I heard back from them on 10/17 and I explained the problem and asked for a refund on the repair fee as they never fixed the problem.  I never heard back and contacted them again on 10/19.  Still no response, and sadly, I don't expect any resolution.

The really interesting thing is right next to their logo on their web page is "Your Satisfaction Guaranteed".  Really?
