Tech was super nice, on time, and spent adequate time trying to diagnose dryer and educating me moving forward with this dryer. Also Bonnie was super friendly on the phone scheduling my appointment. Roy came out to look at a dryer that has been making brown marks on our clothes and an old side-by-side refrigerator that’s been leaking on the freezer side. He diagnosed the dryer as needing a new roller and recommended replacing all of the rollers since he would be completely dismantling the dryer. He checked his distributor costs and gave me the option of going with his distributor pricing or finding the pieces on my own, which he could install later. He was able to fix the refrigerator right on the spot. I purchased the pieces and had him return to fix the dryer. Roy was great! Very personable, professional, on time, and courteous. I couldn’t ask for more! Diagnosis/fridge repair: $134 Dryer repair: $189 (I bought a kit of replacement parts for about $50/$60) Both times I called they were able to send him out within a week and could have come sooner if I had been available.

The water in our stackable Whirlpool washer was not draining. Once the washer's front panel was removed, it was discovered that a sock was obstructing the drain pump. The service technician (Mark) was able to locate, diagnose, and resolve the issue quickly. As a contractor myself, I understand that there is a minimum labor charge and that you are paying for travel, overhead, training, and the knowledge of the technician (and not just paying for parts and labor). However, with that being said, I felt the cost was high for what essentially just consisted of removing a sock from the drain pump. I did call around and most appliance repair companies 'minimum service call/charge' is $89-$99. Nevertheless, this is a four star review and I will consider using them again.

Mark determined that oven reached proper temperature, but advised us how to easily monitor temperature over a longer time. Determined that the lower, warming oven switch needs to be replaced, but none are in stock, so we’ll follow up later. Prompt, courteous service. It was a pleasure working with Mark. Would not hesitate to hire again.

Repairman Roy called before he came. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable on the problem, and thoroughly answered my questions. He repaired the problem at this time, but informed that if problem reoccurs it is non-repairable (explaining to me the reason for such). He also cleaned the work area - wiping down, removing water in frig/freezer.

Our GE washer suddenly stopped working on a Sunday: the rinse water wouldn't drain out. I called All American on Monday morning, and they scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician, Pete, quickly diagnosed the problem as a wad of plastic that was blocking the drain line. He removed it, replaced the hose, checked for leaks, and ran the washer to make sure it was working properly, all within 30 minutes. We will definitely call All American again if we need another appliance repair.

Mark with All American Appliance Service, Inc., was fabulous. He showed up right on time, wearing a mask, listened to the alarming dryer noise, diagnosed the problem (based on sound!), had the replacement part in his tool bag (!), replaced the bad part, opened up the rest of the dryer so I could vacuum out the accumulated lint, closed it up, and was done in under 15 minutes! This repair could not have been more successful. All American Appliance Service, Inc. is now my go-to appliance repair - I highly recommend them (and Mark).

The repairman had the correct valve on his truck. He did the replacement easily and gave me some tips on the dishwasher while he did the repairs. Just as he said, the dishes are cleaner than before. Glasses really sparkle!

This is the third or fourth time I have used All American Appliance Services and highly recommend them. (This is the one located in Springfield- there is another company by the same name that it should not be confused with). The manager (Bonnie) is always courteous, helpful and responsive and was able to send someone out the next day. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The technician that came to my house wore a mask and took proper COVID precautions. He had the broiler element on his truck and replaced it quickly and efficiently. Happy to not have to replace my range.

Our repairman Corey was very receptive and qualify to resolve our inoperable refrigerator. I would definitely call American Appliances in the future for any other appliance issues.
