Very pleased with the care they exercised in our home and how personable and professional the crew was in our discussions.  Felt very comfortable with their skills and was impressed with their attention to detail and explanation of their procedures.  Could not be more pleased.

Expensive but worth it.  This is a 3-story rental townhouse with a lot of flex duct.  Previous tenant hadn't used proper size furnace filters, so the ducts were a mess.  These guys showed up friendly, on-time, clearly explained what they were going to do, then reviewed everything when the work was complete, including some amusing before and after pictures.
As it says on their (very shiny and clean) truck, "don't let the pink truck fool you."

these guys really knew what they were doing. tried to sell me more hardware (ultraviolet) but that's fine.

Went great. They did more than I expected based on other cleanings done by other companies.

What a superb experience!  I called expecting a long wait time for an appointment to clean out our dryer vent, but they were able to schedule us in within days.  That was our first pleasant surprise.  They arrived right within the time window given and got right to work.  We had our dryer vent cleaned last year along with a full house duct cleaning, but it was shocking to to see how much lint still came out of this vent.  I saw because our technician, Lee,  took a video to show us how it looked.  It's so satisfying to know that you've had a service like this done that was indeed needed.  Lastly, they left the area around the dryer so much better than they found it - it was printine and they fitted the dryer hose even more snugly to our dryer and outtake vent than before.  I really could not be more pleased by my experience from start to finish and cannot recommend them more highly!

I had my ducts cleaned by Air Duct Maids in August 2014.  They did a terrific job.  At the time the technician recommend that I consider having the ducts sealed (via AeroSeal) to make the system more efficient and get better air flow throughout the house.  At the time I was quoted a price of $1,895.  I was told they would come a do a free test to determine how much air loss there currently was.  In May, I reached out to obtain more information regarding the AeroSeal process.  I was timely contacted and the process explained.  I was quoted a price of $1,895.  When I said I had to think about it, since I am a retiree, the price dropped to $1,695.  I again said I needed to think about it.  A couple of hours later the person called back and said their supervisor said if I would contract for the work now they would do it for $1,295 (a price I have seen listed on other Angie's List reviews).  I initially said I just wanted the test to see if the loss was great enough to warrant sealing the ducts.  They set up a test.  Before then I called and cancelled the test and scheduled the installation since I knew I had leakage.  The day of installation John and Dionte arrived at the scheduled time.  They worked tirelessly for 9.5 hours.  A major point of leakage was discovered in the return.  John cut a hole in the duct and climbed up approximately 10' to attempt to seal the hole.  At first, with caulking, it appeared sealed but after pressurizing the system the leak reappeared.  Overall as a result of having the ducts sealed I have a 97.4% reduction in supply side duct leakage and an 87.4% reduction in return side duct leakage.  I feel the difference at several registers.  A lot more air flow from what it was previously.  The process is warranted for 10 years.  John and Dionte were terrific.  Both cordial, polite and diligent workers.  After the work was completed I had an issue with my humidistat.  John promptly returned, diagnosed the issue and fixed it.  I am extremely please with this company.  I found their duct cleaning to be great and am also extremely happy with the AeroSeal work.

Courtney scheduled us for a 4 hour window to do the cleaning on the day of our choice.  She was very professional and clear about how their system worked and each step of their cleaning process.  They called several days before the scheduled day to confirm the appointment, and called again about 30 minutes in advance of their arrival on the day of service.  They arrived in the first few minutes of the scheduled 4 hour window, so we had no wait at all.
Their team was very friendly and professional.  Nelson, the team leader explained quickly and clearly what they would do and how they would do it.  He always encouraged me to ask questions and watch them work.  They worked quickly and seemed to have a good way of working as a team.
After the cleaning was complete, Nelson walked me through what they had done so that I could see the results.  I was quite pleased.  I would definitely use them again.

They called me as comfirmation like Dr.'s office before the day, and the contracor called me on the day.

Two men showed up on time, and described how to clean a dryer. He gave me discount because I'm a member of Angie's list.

They connected big hose from their car to the dryer and vacuumed every dusts from it. They covered the floor and weared shoes cover.

Everything is clean quickly. It took only 30 mins. They're very polite.

I've had my dryer vent cleaned three times since moving into my house.  Air Duct Maids is by far the most thorough, professional, service I've used.  They  showed up with a fully equipped truck, as opposed to a van or a guy with a shop vac.  
The "they" consisted of two workers and a supervisor (who seemed to do most of the work).  They made a point of laying down tarps and corner protectors to prevent damage and completely cleaned up afterwards.  It was as if they were never there except now my dryer is drying again.
I will definitely call them again if my dryer vent needs cleaning and probably if I ever want my home vents cleaned.

This is the second time we've used Air Duct Maids. They previously cleaned our duct work as well as our dryer vent. This time we had them seal our duct work because we were losing over 30% of our heated/cooled air. They arrived on time and went right to work. Sealing the ducts is a multi-hour process and it took slightly longer than expected due to a compressor problem they had with a piece of equipment; however, they quickly fixed the problem and they were still finished within the time frame they'd quoted earlier. After they'd completed the Aeroseal process we retested our ducts and there was over a 95% improvement--the equivalent of going from  having a 115 square inch hole in our duct work to a six-inch square hole.
Overall, we'd use the company again the next time we want our ducts cleaned or dryer vent cleaned. They have a 20-year warranty on the Aeroseal work so it is unlikely we'll be doing that again; however, I'm confident if we feel like the seal isn't working they would be happy to come out and ensure everything is still working correctly.

On time and cleaned up after. Did a good job. Would use again.
