I have a contract with them and they are doing fine. They charge by their service. I would recommend them. I would have liked to have a lessened price but they are a little expensive. If I want service, I have to pay for it. They are doing a good job so it's fine. Their responsiveness is good. They come when needed and we don't schedule a time. They schedule themselves depending on the season or the weather. Their professionalism is very good.

They are a small company that does residential stuff and I really like them. The owner is Jim Wilburn. I was looking for a residential lawn service that has good customer service. I'm an older resident and my son pays for my service. A lot of the lawn care services that do local work can't handle that. They can't deal with a remote payer and this one can. I don't think I've ever seen my place cleaner after they did the job. I don't think there's a leaf left. They removed every single last one of them. They do nice edging and so the first job they did for me was an excellent job. I also have them doing the lawn mowing for my community association here. So the experience there was not as good as it was at my place. There are two places that I have experience. One is a large area and it's almost a commercial lot and its eight acres. The other one is just a regular garden quarter acre plot. So I do have the larger scale as well. They were responsive to what I really needed and to what the community association really needs. They do mowing, mulching, aeration, fertilization, leaf removal, snow removal and landscape design. They are probably a new company.
