"This former client was serviced one time, for winterization. When we returned in the spring to pressurize the system, we found the PVC that had been installed under his driveway, 13 years from the date of the complaint, had some sort of crack in it. PVC that is installed under driveways sits in drainage rock (the foundation for most all driveways) and due to settlement and just years of use, it is susceptible to damage. There is no such thing as "improperly" winterizing a irrigation system. The client was home at the time of service, and watched as the technician winterized each zone for approx. two minutes each with about 110 p.s.i. of air pressure. The only way to "improperly" winterize a system, is to not winterize it at all. After two conversations with the client, he became threatening and belligerent. We will not tolerate that sort of behavior towards any of our employees. While we pride ourselves on leaving all of our clients with smiles on their faces when we leave, there are some people in this world who can't be made to be happy, as well as those who wish to just pass the blame and the "buck" onto someone else. We are extremely happy to report that our client list is now short one of the aforementioned type individuals."
"We ARE working folks as well, who work 12-15 hours a day Mon- Fri, and SOMETIMES on Sat. These hours make it difficult to spend time with are families, children, and loved ones. As a family owned company, we find it important to have the weekends for that purpose. We wish the best to any and all who can only make the weekends for any estimates they might need, irrigation or otherwise."
