My parents had some shingles blow off their roof with the recent wind storm we had. My dad is a retired contractor of 40 years, and if it was 10 years ago he could have done the job he needed himself, hence he knows good work when he sees it and knows a reasonable price versus a ripoff. What made A to Z Roofing stand out was that they were the only company who were willing to install a second layer of shingles over my parents' existing roof and still warranty their work. My dad knew he didn't need a brand new roof, nor could he afford it, but other companies only offered to do that. A to Z were willing and according to my dad, who again was in the business and knows his stuff, they were prompt, professional, did good work, cleaned up well (circled the house with a large magnet after to ensure any stray nails were picked up) and most importantly, did all this for a very fair price (as my dad knows exactly what is a good price because he did roofing himself for 40 years). He asked me to give A to Z Roofing a glowing review on behalf of my parents.

I actually don’t know about the work quality yet because my appointment is next week. But Kai has great customer service and his prices were very reasonable.

Since they are installing the roof themselves (crew of 8 did my job in one day) , they pass the saving of hiring a sub-contractor to you the customer. I would highly recommend A to Z !!

Kai was very professional when he came over to give me the numbers, and was not pushy like the other companies. He showed me the products they use and explained to me why they use them. He was always available via text and/or phone call as well when I had questions. Unfortunately, my HOA took a long time to approve the roof, but Kai was very understanding and flexible (I had to push back the installation twice because of my HOA). The guys who did the work were very professional as well and cleaned up the area pretty well. Overall, I am very happy with the work and the cost of the project and I would like to use them again for other services.

Let me start by saying that I will hire them to do my siding as well when I'm ready. The Rep....Kai was professional, attentive and responsive from beginning to the end. Very organized, explained everything - I don't speak roof! I have a small townhouse so it didn't take horribly long but Kai was there at the start of the project at the finish.
