On three occasions, this company made appointments with us and never showed up. In each case, we were the ones to call them, at which point we were given excuses like "his car broke down". They took a look at our dishwasher and determined that they needed a new part - which they could not get for 3-4 days. We then called them again to follow up and book another appointment after they got the part. They knew they would be needing to pull out the dishwasher, replace the part, and push the dishwasher back in its spot. The day they were supposed to arrive and didn't, we called them, at which point they said their technician needed someone to help him with the job so they couldn't do it on that day. Clearly, they had known for some time what they needed for the job. Again here, they made no attempt to contact us saying that they were not showing up. We are contacting another company listed here on Angie's List, and clearly would never contact this company again.
Description of Work: We needed our dishwasher fixed and contacted this company. Over a period of 2+ weeks, they evaluated the problem, said they needed a part, and on a total of three occasions did not show up after making appointments, and made NO attempt to contact us and let us know. Extremely unprofessional. Clearly, we will NEVER contact this company again.
