Overall, it was a very positive experience. Roggie was great to work with -- very responsive and was able to be flexible and work around my schedule. He came to the house with his team the first day and the last day. When there was some finish work that needed to be re-done, he came out with the team and then followed up with me to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with my new flooring and would definitely recommend A/C Flooring to anyone in the Springfield/Burke/Lorton/Ft. Belvoir/Woodbridge area. They might seem a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. I chose a fairly high end laminate and Mohawk carpet, plus, they handled all of the furniture moving, so it was worth the price.

My carpet was in terrible condition. I called them Wednesday and he said he would come by to give me an estimate the next day. I called him back and said I may be losing the respect of tenants with each passing day. So he came out on Thursday and Friday the job was complete. They went so far out of their way to help me, it was unbelievable. Roggie is the guy that helped me and he was going to do it next week, but then managed to do it for me Friday. They did a great job and I am satisfied in every regard.

Excellent, Roggie was thorough with follow-up phone calls and the carpet crew did a beautiful job. Very Pleased!

MY NEW CARPETING LOOKS FANTASTIC. THE WORKMANSHIP ON THIS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ROLLED UP THE OLD CARPET & EVEN CLEANED UP THE MESS.
