+ 0 moreOverall, it was a very positive experience. Roggie was great to work with -- very responsive and was able to be flexible and work around my schedule. He came to the house with his team the first day and the last day. When there was some finish work that needed to be re-done, he came out with the team and then followed up with me to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with my new flooring and would definitely recommend A/C Flooring to anyone in the Springfield/Burke/Lorton/Ft. Belvoir/Woodbridge area. They might seem a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. I chose a fairly high end laminate and Mohawk carpet, plus, they handled all of the furniture moving, so it was worth the price.
Description of Work: Had them tear out old carpet and replace with either laminate or new carpet throughout main level and upstairs of a townhouse plus two sets of stairs (approximately 1200 sq Ft). They moved all furniture, boxes, etc. As needed and then put everything back. Medhi and Augusto worked late into the evenings to get their part of the job done in just two days. Other than some stray sawdust on the furniture and curtains in one bedroom, they cleaned up after themselves very well and were always very pleasant and polite to work around.

+ -1 moreMy carpet was in terrible condition. I called them Wednesday and he said he would come by to give me an estimate the next day. I called him back and said I may be losing the respect of tenants with each passing day. So he came out on Thursday and Friday the job was complete. They went so far out of their way to help me, it was unbelievable. Roggie is the guy that helped me and he was going to do it next week, but then managed to do it for me Friday. They did a great job and I am satisfied in every regard.
Description of Work: They re-carpeted the basement of our house.
