"So very pleased to hear all went for Judy and her husband according to my analyses and projections. Lovely home, in a difficult area to appraise property. Best wished to them in their new location!!"
"Karen P. is a very nice lady & it was a pleasure to serve her. I unexpectedly fell ill after my inspection of her property & was nearly hospitalized with a condition that made it impossible to work for a few days, & though distracted, I answered all her inquiries. Still, I prepared her case while suffering from nausea & other unpleasant things that usually put people in beds & hospitals, & was pleased to get her finished report delivered before the following weekend. I always regret disappointments & I didn't plan to be ill, which is why I left my sick bed to finish her project. I think our only disagreement is that she characterized an unavoidable act of God as "personal issues"."
"Gina & I came to an agreement that, if the report could not be completed by a certain date, I would refund 100% of her money. On that date, she received the 100% refund, after I had completed over 60% of the work. I was disappointed to learn she made this comment - she expressed none of this concern prior to the refund."
"Tough appraisal, but a wonderful client. Wish I could get a million clients just like Alan."
