They could give me high speed internet. I have dsl cause we live out in the country and they want me to pay to have them put high speed down my driveway for me. And I'm not willing to pay $1000 to do that.

I talked online to contact us , it went very well No one could confirm what my bill would be since it doesn't go out till the 13th, but I could figure out the credit to my current bill would only be $9.00

They are the provider in our area. They did hook up the phone the wrong way the first time. It took them awhile to find me line in the junction box. They were punctual about coming out, they just had to come out a couple of times. The service personnel are nice people.

I have been using them for just two weeks. I had a problem with a phone jack that didn't work and they came out promptly and fixed it. My phone is good, my Internet is fast, and the TV reception is great. So far I'm happy, but the only drawback I think is that you have to get a two year contract with them and I usually don't like contracts because if something happens you're stuck with them.
