They helped us open up our plumbing/pipes that were closed for the winter in a home we just bought.

Fix the pump, and had my water flowing quickly!

The crew arrived in a timely manner and introduced themselves. They were very courteous and professional, removing their shoes before entering my home. They determined the problem, had the proper tools with them, and corrected the problem.

The plumber took on a difficult job because it involved the ejector pump. The price was half of my highest estimate. Most people are afraid of the lowest bid, but this was a chance worth taking. The staff was prompt, knew the job, were professional, and fast. The last time we used this Plumber, they installed a broken exterior waste line. The quote was $800 and in the end the manager asked me for $100 dollars less than the original quote because it took less time than expected. Who does that? this was wonderful.

Arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the condition they left the work area.

It went well. Very professional and a job well done.

I have used Southern Spotsy plumbing since we moved into our house 3 years ago. They sometimes struggle to call you back for inquiries (they are prompt for specific jobs), but their work is top-notch. Very high quality and honest. When Jake fixed our water heater, he saw that a $0.50 part was all that was needed and told us so (and didn't charge for anything but the site visit). I know nothing about water heaters, so he could have charged anything and lied but he didn't. When they installed the water powered sump pump, they admitted they had never done it before, but they tested it thoroughly and it has worked great for over 3 years.

You can probably find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find better.
