Ronnie was the first to answer my Angie's List ad. He came to my house on a Sunday to accommodate our work schedules. He was quick to provide the estimate. He worked well with other contractors and trades on the job, in spite of a difficult pool installer. Ronnie, along with his crew of family members were most helpful throughout the entire process. They bought professionalism and expertise to the project from cradle to grave. They were considerate and maintained a clean, uncluttered job site  He and his crew were pleasant and knowledgeable on all aspects of the project. The entire team was good natured when issues arose from another contractor. Ronnie quickly came up with a fix, applied the fix  minimizing the aggravation of the other contractors screw up.

Throughout the job, suggestions were made and input was sought to better the final product. I find R&M to be anything BUT your typical nickel and dime contractor that will bid low and try to change order your every last dollar. His bid was fair and reasonable.  Ronnie held true to it, even when additional work was required to follow behind the pool contractors screw up.

I see R & M Home Improvement as standard bearers for what a company should be. They have a strong understanding of customer service and have a "can do approach".  I would not hesitate to hire them again for future jobs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor.  It is also noteworthy that 2 days after completion, Ronnie called to check in and see if we were pleased with the finished product. Way to go R&M Home Improvement!!!!!

Completed work in one day. Final product was exceptionally good. Mr. Mills and his crew exhibited a high degree of skill and professionalism. We couldn't be happier with the final product of his work. We plan to hire Mr. Mills in the future to perform other repair/replacement work on our home.

I sent a message through Angie's List on Saturday morning. Ronnie responded within an hour and we discussed the job over the phone. He stopped by that afternoon to survey the room and provide an estimate. Monday morning he arrived on time and completed the work, including some additional work that was not originally discussed. We are very happy with the expedient service and great results. We will be calling him again.

After emailing through Angie's List, I noticed that Rand M has open hours on Saturday, so I called. Ronnie came out that afternoon and he and his partner fixed the door!

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. We plan on having them back to do ALL our home improvement jobs! We are so pleased with R and M Home Improvements!

I have used this contractor in the past for other projects. As I found previously, when I called they came out at my convenience and were very amicable to my schedule. Once plans were discussed the contractor provided an estimate in a timely manner. A time was scheduled for them to perform the work and they arrived on time. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. The work was completed within the time frame that they stated and within the estimated budget. They are very professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. They pay very close attention to detail and shared ideas or plans with us prior to implementing. We have used Rand M Home Improvement for multiple projects and will use them again. We highly recommend them to friends and family.

R and M Home Improvement was referred to us by our kitchen remodeling contractor S and D Home Improvements. Ronnie came over within 24 hours of the call. They replaced the furnace stack, repaired all roof damage and ensured all areas were caulked and sealed. He guaranteed his work and told us to call him immediately if we had any other roof issues.
Ronnie was very professional and did a thorough job. The previous roofer and the contractor who put the original furnace stack up did a less than thorough job. Ronnie went over and above to ensure everything was sealed tight to avoid future water issues.

The estimate was provided in a timely manner. Arrangements were made on times to begin and complete the project. They arrived as stated and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns in regard to the project. They used quality material and worked in a very professional manner. The project was complete within the stated time and the surrounding area was completely cleaned as if nothing had been done. One area that I am picky about is that a contractor cleans up the area after the work is complete. They cleaned as they went along and had very little, if any, disturbance to other surrounding areas. They are very friendly, honest, and professional. The most important thing is that the estimate was right on budget! The finished project was better than expected and beautiful!
