I called Plumbing Police at 11:12 and they came about two hours later and had the problems solved in about half an hour. They did superb work and the price was entirely reasonable. I would most definitely call them first if I ever have any plumbing problems. Thumbs up.

Plumbing police diagnosed one problem as a failed heating element, and replaced that part. When reconnected, the water heater operated and we had hot water. But, within several hours it failed again. Plumbing Police returned and ran checks, replaced both thermostats, and the water heater still would not operate. They re-checked all electrical connections and found that electricity to the water heater was intermittent then stopped altogether. Both plumbers were thorough and checked their work and all connections carefully, and then tested the system to see if it operated correctly. This company is super to work with.

. We moved our washer and dryer to an outside wall in the utility room which required entirely replumbing the room.  They did an excellent job.  They were here when promised and completed the job as promised.  While re-routing one of the water lines in the basement a small leak occurred.  Nothing was damaged, nevertheless, Bob insisted in refunding us a large amount of money.  He said that he dealt in integrity which required him to be honest to himself and with us.  Good people!

Simple.  Showed representative what was needed and source for water.  He gave price we agreed, he returned in 45 minutes with all needed parts and mterials to complete job. Job was done in 30 minutes and all has worked perfectly ever since.

He arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant and courteous the whole time. I was surprised at how reasonable his prices were, especially after making the mistake of calling RotoRooter the year previous. I have called Plumbing Police twice and will definitely call them the next time my plumbing gets stopped up.

The Plumbing Police (patrol, etc.) were customer oriented from the time I called and spoke with Debbie in the office through the time I paid the bill.  Debbie set a time frame on the following day for their plumbers to come out.  It was not an emergency and the time frame fit my schedule.  She called the next morning to say they were running a bit late and would be here about 30-45 minutes past the initial expectation of around noon.  Mike and Jonas arrived about 12:45 which I considered well within my initial expectations.  I have found many service companies to be far later, don't call, miss the appointment all together, and/or just never show.  
Mike and Jonas introduced themselves and were cordial from the time they arrived until they left.  They listened to my issues and requests. They suggested they investigate the clog in the basement before bringing in their snake or any tools not necessary to fix the problem (clog that backed up all facilities in the basement bathroom).  They removed the toilet to investigate (which I had wanted re-seated anyway).  They then opened the basement sewage pump basin and immediately found the problem.  They told me they did not need their snake and other equipment as they would be able to clear clog from the basin pipes.  This saved me significant time, money and mess that I had originally expected.  They showed me what happened, cleared the clog and also showed me how I could do the job myself and avoid another service call for this issue.  They re-set the toilet with new wax ring and anchor bolts.  The toilet anchors had rusted, broken and the seal had failed.  
Mike and Jonas were great to have working on the problem.  Great customer service, helpful, cost conscious and never tried to up sell me or do more work than was necessary to complete the job.  They not only saved me money on this service call but also showed me how to avoid another costly service call in the future.  
I give them 5 stars. The Plumbing Police and these guys are my go to plumbers for the future.

Going into the third day of trying to clear a clogged kitchen sink, Angie's List was consulted and the Plumbing Police called.  Though they were unable to make it out that day they were extremely polite, professional and even helpful in suggesting various ways to clear the drain.  That day was spent trying all the ways suggested to include the one not recommended -- the commercial eat your pipes drain cleaner -- to no avail.  Our call to them the morning of day four at 7:30a was returned within ten minutes with the same pleasantness and professionalism as the first and an employee was on the doorstep in less than an hour and a half. Robert, we think, was also professional and knowledgeable taking care to explain everything as he went.  He found the clog in the basement ceiling, brought in the commercial grade equipment, had the sink flowing smoothly in about an hour and a half, and cleaned up as if he had never been here.  We were highly impressed with all the representatives of the Plumbing Police.
In regards to our B rating on cost, we thought the price a bit high for an hour and a half of work ($180.00) but will admit, thinking back, we may have been paying for "emergency" service.  Also a part of the cost included bringing in the heavy commercial grade equipment.  We don't actually recall if it was an emergency service call and it doesn't matter.  We were happy with the people, response and work -- we will certainly refer them and would call them again.

The free advice worked great and I had the drain unclogged within minutes. Robert saved me a lot of money for something that was actually pretty simple. Will definitely use the Plumbing Police in the future. He is a very honest person.

They arrived on time and began work immediately.  They were absolutely able to simply ignore my puppy as he raised cain with them for being in the house.  The lead plumber started immediately and his assistant came out and asked me to come into the bathroom so they could teach me about how to do this in the future if I wanted to give it a try.  Not something I have ever had a pro do before.  They worked well together and made sure they were very careful with the work they were doing as the flex tubing that was used in the manufacture of the house can be a real problem to repair if it gets broken.  They removed the old valve ( a very difficult task) and replaced it with a factory replacement valve not a cheap knock off like I would have probably used myself.  They were here for a bit less than an hour when they started to put my second faucet back together.  The lead plumber discovered that the faucet knob was borken so they left to get a new one.  They did not charge me for the knob or the time it took to get even though I don't believe they actually broke the knob.  They really did not want to have me stand the expense.
Call Back Needed.  I discovered that Bob had left his eye glass case here and that the tub (entire bathroom) had been plumbed hot to cold and cold to hot when the house was built.  Bob came back at my first opportunity and fixed the problem at no charge.  I do not know how he was supposed to know the switch needed to be made but he came back and no charge.  I will use Bob and his people for all of my future needs.

They came in and asked what our problem was and immediately proceeded up stairs to address our problem.  They were polite, professional, productive.  It took them no time to take out the old faucets and install the new ones, they cleaned the pipes and now our sinks drain very well; after completing their work they checked themselves to ensure the job had been done correctly.  They cleaned up and when they left we were very happy with the results.  I recommend them highly!!

Even though they started late due to another client's emergency, Plumbing Patrol's knowledge and experience quickly and reasonably repaired my shower's leaking valves.  Recommended.

I first tried to schedule through their website, but, that week the person in charge of it was off and didn't leave the password as I was told. Once we made contact by phone and had an appointment window scheduled, an emergency arose and they couldn't keep the appointment. We tried to reschedule for later that day, but were not able to. As I was going out of town for a few days, we scheduled for my return. Thirty minutes past the appointment, the plumber called and was on his way. The in-home service was good, and completed on a Saturday. Not having needed a plumber in many years I assume the cost was reasonable and in line with what it should be, but I have no basis for comparison.The reason this rates a "B" instead of an "A" is the contact difficulty. Between the non-responsive website and having to place all the calls despite their assurances to call me back and keep me posted on a potential reschedule, I felt frustrated. Their phone contact was polite, and I'm sure that I wasn't their only contact, but better contact would have been hugely appreciated. As it was I lost a day to the non-responsive website/e-mail, then a day home trying to reschedule. I trust that the contact difficulties were an aberration and I will call them again if/when I need plumbing help next.

I found Plumbing Patrol listed in Angies List and gave them a call this morning.  The women who answeered the phone was very courteous and had me setup with an appointment later in the afternoon.  Robert showed up in the late afternoon.  He introduced himself, shook my hand and we went down into the basement bathroom to take a look at the toilet situation.  He was able to quickly come up with a solution and price it out if he were to do the entire job and price it out if I were to able the siimple labor (chipping out the concrete and gluing the new flange).  I expressed to him that I thought that my son and I could do the simple labor but that I lacked the proper tools to remove the existing flange.  His response was to sit down next to the flange, pull out his wire saw and make short work of remving the existing flange.  Robert was just great and he and Plumbing Patrol will get all of my future plumbing business.  Granted, I do a lot of my own work around the house but there many plumbing projects that I leave to the pros.

Were professional, courteous and did all work as required. I will use them in the future. Fair pricing. Where 30 min late after the defined window to show up.

The gentleman arrived right on time, and since I was the last appointment of the day, other guys from the company nearby came to help so my guy didn't stay late. I actually had three guys working on my job. They were pleasant, gave me helpful advice regarding where to put the cutoff valve and I now have a company I would call and recommend again.

They made 3 service calls for 1 issue. charged me for labor twice. My wife says we'll use them again, I'm not sure.

I called at 8:30am and was promised that a plumber would be here between 10am - noon. I was pleasantly surprised when Dustin (the plumber) called and asked if it was okay if he could come early. He was here by 9:30am and the job was completed by 10:30. Dustin was polite, efficient and professional. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would definately recommend this company.

They arrived on time, actually about 10 minutes early, and started the installation. They had plenty of help on-site and quickly plumbed the system. I didn't inform them prior to their arrival of the need for a 1/2 inch backflush piping so they didn't have the material to pipe the backflush, but they returned promptly the next day and completed the backflush piping. The installation was completed and works fine.

I called and I actually got a person on the phone. Not some answering service or voicemail. I told the receptionist what my problem was, and they were here right on time about an 2 hours later. I was really thankful to get same day service. They got my son's spiderman action figure out of the toilet in about 20 minutes. Now my toilet is working fine. After talking with the technician, I found out every plumber that works with them has a license. I think that is great. They did a great job. I will be referring them to my friends and family.
