Mj's Lawn & Garden

Mike has been mowing my yard for over a year. I was lucky the day he asked me as I was mowing if he could trim my trees for me. That bloomed into a great service for me. Mike and his brother do great work are honest and trustworthy. They work hard and earn their money. They cleared my foundation planting and relandscaped and it looks beautiful. He also gets along great with my neighbors. You will not find a better man for the job!

It went great! Mike MacEwen (MJ) has been taking care of much of my garden annually since 2008. He has planted numerous shrubs, cleared out grass from three corner areas and filled in with marble rocks, iInstalled hose holders, shepherd hooks, etc. MJ is very personable and all work is performed with a smile, as his business card states. Last fall, MJ aerated, fertilized and seeded the grass in my enclosed rear garden area. This spring I now have lush, green grass for the first time in years. The shrubbery he has planted is doing well, including the Carolina Jasmines, which started out being 2 ft tall in 2008, are now over 6 ft and their width has almost taken over the entire side of the privacy fencing they are planted alongside. They look just beautiful! MJ never gets upset when I add additional small jobs I've forgotten to put on that day's list - we just renegotiate the price. And his prices are always reasonable. MJ is also a meticulous worker and when he's done the area always looks neater then when he started. He has helped out a few of my neighbors and they were also very pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for lawn care needs.
