Response we rapid but timing was bad because the problem happened on a Thurs. night and he did not show until Friday when he could not order the new parts. So we waited in extreme temperatures until Wed. In the meantime he did not even have an account with a supplier and we had to write a check for parts. Then when he did show up with the parts he was a drama queen, supposedly due to the carrier giving him the wrong parts. So I had to take off work and come home to talk with him. If had not been for 5 days withoout HVAC and a 88 year old mother in the house I would have thrown him out. Then he billed a steak price for cheap hamburger service.

After all promises made by Robert B. Payne HVAC, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed at home. They never performed the follow-up inspections as promised. When we called them for inspections, they actually used products that damaged our units. The result was that the cost of repairing their incompetence was almost $4,000 over the unit's first 4 years of life. The unit originally cost a little less than $5,000. Mike came along and corrected the problems at a reasonable cost with a friendly and helpful spirit.
