We had a gas fireplace installed in our home. Inside Out Construction built the chase for the fireplace for us. My husband I were very indecisive on what we wanted. Josh was very patience with us and helpful in making the final decision. When we texted Josh or called him he was very responsive. His people did a great job and we are extremely pleased with the final product.

Josh spent time with us making sure he understood what we wanted to accomplish. From seeing a prior project, we knew he gives great attention to detail - this is what we wanted and he didn't disappoint us. He made several suggestions which enhanced our project. He was also very open to changes we made as the project evolved. His crew were kind and helpful which we really appreciated. IOC provides a one year guarantee of their work which reassures me that they intend to stand behind their work.

From the time we contacted Inside Out Construction for an estimate to the completion of the project, it was a pleasant experience working with Josh and Cristy. We had our front porch rotted wooden railings replaced with cast iron railings. The two-man crew was friendly and professional, and worked tirelessly all day until the job was done. They did an excellent job -- we are so pleased with how good they look! The estimate was detailed and they came in on budget and on time. Cleanup was complete and the crew left our property neat and tidy. Any questions we had were answered completely. We will definitely be looking to working with Inside Out Construction again. We highly recommend them.

Josh and Cristy are the greatest. From estimate to the completion of the project it was a pleasant experience. The estimate was detailed and they came in on budget and on time for a complete update on the second floor of our house to include a wonderful master bathroom. Josh s guys did master craftsman level work. They kept us informed almost daily through the entire project. Their on staff designer helped us make choices that really enhanced the look and stayed within our budget. I would recommend them for any project!

We had a few projects around the house to include a custom bar and wine room in the basement and Josh brought our vision to a reality. We have used Inside Out Construction for multiple projects, complete kitchen and bath remodel, replacement of a wood deck, and addition of a screened in porch. They are totally committed to transparency in their contracting and billing, do a great job, and on the schedule that they promise. When something needs to get corrected, they do that to total customer satisfaction. We don't call anybody else anymore in Caroline County for work that they do.

INSIDE OUT CONSTRUCTION, Inc is a very honorable company. It took a few attempts to have my vanity properly installed; however, the process was not one that would negate me from utilizing their services in the future. Recently, the installed vanity had a plumbing leak due to a faulty part and INSIDE OUT CONSTRUCTION, Inc promptly came to my home and repaired the issue at cost. Additionally, I was able to get a consultation/estimate on repair of a door frame. Josh was polite and thorough in his explanation of what and why I was having a problem with the frame and multiple solutions for repair. His time and expertise was greatly appreciated as he accommodated me, on the spot, for an issue for which he was not initially requested to resolve. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for home projects, both big and small!
