Emailed James at 10PM and at 8AM he called me and came right over. James has previously performed duct work for us in our basement finishing project and is always responsive, prompt and offers fair and reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend him.

It went really well. Quality of work performed was excellent. Great attention was given to neat and professional installation. Started work on time and finished on time. Greenboots was very pleasant and we are glad we used their services.

. I called James at about 5:00 PM and asked him if he could come by and take a look at it. He asked if the next day between Noon and 2:00 PM would work. I said it would. James showed up at 11:45 AM the next day, identified the problem immediately, and fixed it with parts he had on hand. The air conditioner was up and running within 30 minutes after he arrived. James is now in our hall of heroes.

It went well, very efficiently did the work, had all the right tools and parts - very professional, good value.  I would use them again.  Fair, honest and above all, they were reasonably priced.

Outstanding service!  I've already recommended him to three of my friends who will probably use him in the near future.  Minisplits are the systems that are most used in Europe and South America.  They allow you to customize the temperature in each room of your house.  We can have the bedrooms at 66 degrees while the rest of the house is at 78 degrees, thereby requiring less capacity from the system.  Not all air conditioning companies are that familiar with this system.  Some of them, taking advantage of the average customer's ignorance about how these systems are easier to install, and also maybe trying to steer the customer to a more conventional ducted system, provide high estimates.  Greenboots was extremely competitive, very professional, and more knowledgable than any of the others with whom we dealt.  James (the owner) will work hard to ensure you are satisfied with his work.  
I did not include how much we paid because each job is so different.  I don't think it's fair to use the price when your situation may be much different than ours.

Mr. James Kennedy came in at the time promised. Checked the unit. Found the problem and gave me prices & options to fix the repair. He explained everything g that he was doing & answered all of my questions to help get our unit back to full operating condition.

The gentleman arrived extremely quickly. Lucky for me, because it was hot outside. He performed an inspection of my air conditioning unit, as well as the ducts and lines throughout the house. Once he had assessed the situation he made a comment that he hoped it would be this one part. (actual part name evades me now) The part looked like a capacitor. He had hoped it was that particular part, because he had one in his work truck and it wouldn't set me back too much $$$$. He removed the part and replaced it. Soon there was cold air blowing in the house. He then checked the pressure in my lines and all was fine. What I really liked even more than the speedy turn around was that when I asked if this was common on older AC units he said that it was and more things can go wrong. I then responded with should I think about replacing the unit, or replacing any other parts for preventative measure; he then said he didn't believe in fixing something that wasn't broke. He could have suggested other maintenance but he didn't. He simply said if something else goes wrong call him and he'll be by to resolve it, and if he couldn't resolve it with a simple fix, then we could take about all the other options. He was quick, fixed it for a small price, and didn't try to push other maintenance on me.

He was very nice and did a very good job. He was also quite knowledgeable.

Called GreenBoots Hearing and Air.  Company advised that they will be out the next day.  Price very good.  Happy happy.
