First Class Roofing

The roof started to leak in bedroom , the company did not come out to do repair to roof or bedroom, another company came out to do the repair to roof Repair was done for $650.00

I contacted someone (never identified himself or the company) by a cellular phone number, which was provided to me by an internet search of roofing companies.  When I called the number a male answered, "hello".  I paused for a second and asked if this was first class roofing and the male responded, "yea".  I told the gentleman I was interested in getting a quote for the replacement of my roof shingles.  A date and time was discussed and agreed on.
After disconnecting from the phone I started to question the professionalism of the company just by the lack of professionalism from the male I spoke to by phone.  Approximately a day later I made up my mine due to the experience from my first phone call  I would not use this company.  I called again and again got the same responses as stated above.  When I told the male I did not wish to get the estimate he stated "Why".  Due to the total lack of professionalism in his conversation and the tone of his voice I told him I could not get financing for the job at which time he said "oh, ok" and disconnected the phone.
