After disconnecting from the phone I started to question the professionalism of the company just by the lack of professionalism from the male I spoke to by phone. Approximately a day later I made up my mine due to the experience from my first phone call I would not use this company. I called again and again got the same responses as stated above. When I told the male I did not wish to get the estimate he stated "Why". Due to the total lack of professionalism in his conversation and the tone of his voice I told him I could not get financing for the job at which time he said "oh, ok" and disconnected the phone.
