Alexander and Sons goes out of their way to make the customer/client happy.  When delays or issues occur, Jennifer is quick to keep customers informed of all developments.  Also, if no updates are provided, Alexander and Sons will return promptly return your calls.  We have used Alexander and Sons for almost 2 years and cannot be happier.  We are avid supports of small business and cannot be happier with the quality, professionalism, and skill of Alexander and Sons Plumbing!

It should be noted that the $35 charge was for extra parts we needed. It was not the full cost of the job (which I paid via a granite counter top installer who contracted with Alexander & Son's Plumbing for their plumbing installation needs; in other words, I paid this plumber but I'm not sure how much for the whole job).  A very pleasant and competent, hard-working man who arrived late in the day (well after 5pm) for which he was not paid extra.

For us it was free, because it was part of our home warranty. They were great. They were as good, or better than other plumbing services I have used, probably better. They were really good. They came right out.

This is a fantastic company with excellent customer service! The owner came out the day I called him, which was the day before Thanksgiving. He determined I needed a new water heater and came back first thing Friday to install it. My new water heater was then leaking due to pressure issues, and he came back out again the same day that I called him to fix it. He explained everything that was wrong to me and instead of just using abbreviations he explained it so I could understand it, since I don't know anything about water heaters. The reason my spending price is so low is because this was covered under my home warranty. However, that doesn't change the fact that this company has fast service, and was very friendly and polite. Excellent experience all around.
