+ 0 moreI used them for over 5 years, each year the service became less satisfactory. When they use these "zero-turn" mowers they make a bald spot in the grass when they turn. This was blamed on my thin grass (I never had this problem when I cut my own grass). So the owner sold me on them fertilizing and weed control for my grass... this worked out even worse. I had never had so much crabgrass in my lawn. When I brought this to their attention, they must have dumped so much weed killer that I had bald spots allover my front yard. I brought this to their attention and have not had any response from them. Several calls and still no response after 6 months. We will be using a different company this year. They have lost a long time customer.

+ 0 moreOverall, I am spending another $870 this fall and would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: I had the company weed, mulch, rearrange existing plants and add new plants to existing landscaping. The back landscaping was well done, but the majority of bulbs that I provided did not come up. Also, the plants that I was told were deer resistant appear to be chewed at the bottom. It has been only a year since I had the service and a few of the shrubs have not grown as I was told. But, the biggest complaint is the weeds that were in the mulch in the front of my house. It is so bad that I have a new firm coming out to redo all the landscaping. When I spoke to the new representative, she told me that they neglected to "deep trench" and also, they used "Hazel Mulch". That is mulch that is dumped by the Hazel Construction Company. It is very cheap, but loaded with weed seeds. Therefore, I would not recommend this company.
