Ed and his wife provided excellent service with a recent asbestos abatement in my home. They are very hardworking and went above and beyond by also getting to the bottom of a suspected mold issue in the house. After discovering there was mold in the walls and taking the samples for testing, black molds (stachybotrus and chaetomeum) were confirmed. Highly recommend… without Ed’s involvement in identifying the source and type of the toxic molds, I would still be suffering with a mold allergy which was making me very ill. I’ve also never had a contractor clean up so well before (literally not a trace he was ever in the home). I had a need for some additional support and Ed always is available to get on a call to assist in anyway he can and is very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for everything you did to ensure my health was top priority.

I thought I'd never find anyone to remove the enormous coal-fired, asbestos-laden boiler from my basement. MMC Abatement came to the rescue and I am very grateful for their hard work and persistence on a complex job.

In trying to replace the AC unit in my home, asbestos was discovered in the pipes. I was able to get Mr. McComber to come out to assess it on the same day and scheduled for removal within a week. He and his wife explained the process and gave me an informal estimate. I was emailed a written estimate later the same day. Due to my specific situation, I also required an air quality report once the removal was completed in order to be able to proceed with the AC installation. I had that in an email within 48 hours. I hope I never encounter this problem again, but if I DO, I would definitely contact MCC Abatement Company, LLC!

I decided to have my textured ceilings tested for asbestos. I put my information into HomeAdvisor and I was notified by Ed. He took samples the same day and I had the positive results in less than 2 hours. Ed was kind and professional and I hired him to also remove the asbestos. His price for the removal was excellent. The work was completed within a week and everything was cleaned up nicely. The work took longer than expected because the ceiling material was glued on. Ed and his crew worked an extra day but he did not change his price. He is very honest. I hired him to take samples from my daughters house and only a small section came back positive. I pray I will never need this type of service again but if I do He will be the one I call. If you suspect you have asbestos anywhere in your home MCC Abatement will take care of the problem.
